I had the best experience shopping for my prom dress. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I found my dream dress and since I’m from Toronto, the staff and I coordinated for pick up and alterations in London. I cannot express how helpful and nice the staff were during my dress process! Best dress shop ever! Way way better then any other store in Toronto!

Found my daughter's grade 8 graduation dress here.Staff was busy yet super efficient and helpful.Measurements were taken, and the dress will be customized to her figure. She was asked what her school was, and they recorded her dress so no one else would be wearing the same dress. That's awesome!!Area of downtown where the store is located was sketchy af. I didn't wonder why the doorbell had to be ring to get inside...off the street.

Our experience here was simply perfect! The expertise from Veronica was exceptional!She took her time and pulled all dresses that was best suited for my daughter and we all knew at the same time which one was perfect!! We never felt rushed which was amazing considering that amount of dresses my daughter tried on. Unlike other stores, we didn’t have to browse and ask questions. We were assisted to a change room and dresses came flowing in! It was amazing!Thanks again and can’t wait till prom;)Please keep in mind, we took the day of school during the week as I know the weekends can be very very busy. I would suggest you do the same!

Beautiful boutique! My niece went to look for her prom dress and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and made sure my niece tried on all of her favourite dresses without rushing her. We found the perfect dress for her prom!

Amazing customer service. They helped me pick out the perfect semi and prom dress. I tried on probably 50 dresses and each time there was a one or two staff ready to help me do them up without me even asking. If I did not love a dress they asked what I liked about it and tried to find a dress with that feature on it. The staff were very skilled and knew the other colours and similar dresses off the top of their heads. I can not get over the personal and helpful support of the staff it was an amazing overall experience.

Excellent experience at Elizabeth Noel! We shopped for my daughter’s grad dress. There is so much selection and the customer service is unreal! The people working there are so patient and ready and willing to help make sure the dress is perfect! I cant wait to go back and get her prom dress there!

Elizabeth Noel is the only place I will shop for a dress, no matter the occasion. Elizabeth Noel’s staff welcomes you with open arms, and treats you like family. The owner Veronica makes you feel like her child, and won’t let you settle for anything less than you deserve :) I absolutely recommend and love all of my experiences at Elizabeth Noel!!

Incredible experience at Elizabeth Noel, I was acknowledged immediately.I browsed and felt overwhelmed; so many beautiful dresses. I was asked what the occasion was for and next thing I knew I had 3 beautiful long dresses. I advised that Iwas going to my brother's wedding.Being older, I wasn't sure if I would find anything. They have a great selection.They accommodated my needs, I needed it fitted and only had 2 days to get it done. It fitted perfectly. They were able to help accessorize to complete the look; purse earrings, bracelet and shoes.I would HIGHLY recommend Elizabeth Noel for young or older people.I've never had so many compliments in all my life. People stopped me that I didn't know just stating how they loved my dress. They said it was absolutely stunning. I will definitely be going back again.

The customer service here is amazing and can’t be compared to anywhere else. They listened tentatively to help me pick out the perfect prom dress. They go above and beyond when helping their customers. When it came to alterations, I needed an emergency appointment because of unforeseen circumstances and Veronica dropped everything and got me an appointment within the day. I couldn’t recommend a better place to shop.

My daughter purchased her prom dress here. 3 days before her prom, she tried on her dress again to show her grandparents. It was at this time I noticed a flaw in the sewing…it’s placement made it not as obvious. The following morning (now 2 days before) I called the store…without much expectation at this late hour, particularly because I was unable to bring the dress into London. To my complete surprise, Shauni (employee who answered the business phone) offered to pick up the dress that day after her shift and take it in the next day to be repaired, and returned that evening…the night before prom. The store owner called me back within 10 minutes and confirmed they would look after it. This was very reassuring and I felt was amazing customer service! The dress was returned on schedule and had been re-sewn perfectly with no evidence of there being any issue. You are in good hands purchasing an event dress here and i wholeheartedly recommend it!
