Unfortunately ridiculous. My dog is blowing her coat, Australion Cattle Dog. While in the waiting room I was pulling out tufts of hair. Every intention of taking care of the hair. Understand it's not a beauty salon. Dr. Vandoren , the vet, came out and gave me a broom and a dustpan. Guess I was not quick enough, less than a minute later he returned and told me to do it right away.Got Ella's meds and left. No way he was going to touch my dog. I was ready to bite him.I did call to say how appalled I was and hoped for an apology, explanation, had a hard day...Didn't like my tone of voice. He hung up on me.Professional?
