VIP Tires & Service

Very pleased with my visit today! Chris was very thorough in answering all my questions and addressing all issues I came in for on my appointment. He also explained why I did NOT need one of the things I thought I needed done -ball joints! So thank you Chris & VIP for getting my 2011 back on the road safely —-AND saving me from an unnecessary repair expense! I’ll see you guys for my next maintenance or repair!

A long way from home (Bethesda, MD) and with a leaking tire, we rolled into VIP on a Saturday in June because service providers on the Quebec side were closed on Saturday. Jason and his team were super helpful and had us on our way back to Quebec in no time. And they refused to accept payment. Extraordinary! Thank you, Jason.

Allen and Chris have worked on my car, they are very professional and do a great job. I never have a problem getting an appointment within a few days and in and out so it's not all day without a car! Appreciate the awesome service!

I have never had a bad experience at this VIP store. Employees are always courteous and polite. The whole experience is a great one from calling to making an appointment to leaving the store after work is completed. And the help given as a walk in during an emergency is exceptional. Habib is certainly an asset to this store with his polite, kind and helpful advice. Thank You!!

I had a slow leak in a tire 220 mi from home. I called the local vip, where my father does business. They got me in in a couple of hours and even had the exact tire that I needed in stock, and on site! Great guys, they even have veterans discounts, which I very much appreciate. Thank you.

Excellent shop. Staff was very friendly, professional, and thorough. They are very easy to talk to and explain everything. The manager goes out of his way to make the service top notch and to provide great discounts. They also installed my new rims and polished them, very thoughtful.

Auto Inspection:I called and scheduled an inspection for the next morning. Chris and the guys were very friendly, professional, and efficient.The inspection was completed in a short time frame. Chris was helpful in answering additional questions unrelated to the inspection. He also explained why my brakes make noise sometimes and let me know that it was a difference in the north and south process. He did not pressure me to get new brakes at this time. Rather he explained it was not needed but if I ever want to I can come in and have them changed.I selected this location because I saw online they are a AAA approved service center. This gave me peace of mind. I was not disappointed.I absolutely reckoned this service center. We will be going back in the future.

Update****After seeing my review and hearing about my experience, the Manager reached out to me immediately. The team was wonderful with their efforts to turn my experience around. They were able to get my car in a few hours later for the inspection. They were thorough and when other issues with my vehicle arose they took the time to not only explain the problem, but also showed me and gave me multiple options to get my vehicle back on the road. They went above and beyond to make things right. I have a lot of appreciation for how quickly they responded and the lengths they went to ya make sure my vehicle is safely back on the road. They have changed my opinion and I will continue to see them for future services.Scheduled an inspection sand they didn’t call to tell me the guy had covid and was told to come back a week later. Called to schedule for the next week and was told nothing was available. Scheduled online for the next week and showed to the appointment and was told they do not follow online scheduling through their own website. Could not tell me why I got reminders of the appointment the day before and day of but no call from them to cancel, he then refused to provide a managers or toll free phone line and told me to Google it. Your staff is beyond rude and has cost me three trips into town with no inspection. Will not be using them again and will drive the hour to Caribou or Fort Kent. Would not recommend.

Appointment was easy to schedule and in a timely manner. Within a week lead time. Service was top notch! They are very thorough and make sure you leave there with a safe vehicle. I will definitely be going back for my seasonal tire change outs in the future.
