Must be out of business. Based on the excellent reviews, I've been calling for months but never get an answer. Went to the location today, vehicles in the driveway but still no answer.**You have a phone and a door, I've never received an answer from either so why would anyone expect a different result from a message.Not sure why you felt the need to respond with a personal attack, if only you answered your phone or door as quickly as you answered the review. My review was not negative"

Folks in Agassiz if you have computer problems do yourself a favor and save a trip to Chilliwack...Derick at Agassiz computer care is a true professional and charges very reasonable rates . My computer went into another dimension Derick had it fixed and ready in one day...When I had another problem he refused any payment as he said it was related to the previous one....you will not hear that at Best Buy......Derick is easy to deal with and a credit to his profession....Thanks Derick for a job well done..BriaN:-)
