I always order by the mobile app and its seems okay. Not today, I ordered 3 footlongs and the bread was so hard I could probably use it has a hammer. I called them to address the issue, they took my phone number and said they would call me back after she speaks with her colleague? So I guess I will not be re-ordering from this Subway anymore, cannot resolve by at least re-making the subs or a refund. Lack of professional courtesy. Perhaps more training is needed to deal with customers (for paying full price for their stale breads). So instead of waiting, we decided to eat at St-Hubert's, great food, always!Order # 0C075D94-6E

The best Subway in the village, good service, clean and love the store interior. It kinda reminds me of my favorite Subway in Quebec.Plus unlike another Subway they don't seem drugged or forget the most basic stuffs.
