We have done multiple building and renovation projects over the past 5 years and we are very pleased with the service, expertise and professionalism we've received from Premium Urban Design. We have done everything from simple deck designs to full rebuilds within our construction business. The local knowledge Mike has from being in the business for so many years is key to the success of our projects. Mike has innovative design ideas and spends the time it takes to come up with the best end product every time. We couldn't be happier with Premium Urban Design!

We used Mike Shell at Premium Design to prepare the plans for our legal secondary suite. His set of plans was comprehensive - had everything we needed for the application to Saanich. I most appreciated that he was very responsive/attentive, and took on any additional research promptly to ensure our plans (and any quirks that needed to be sorted out) would meet the needs of the inspectors and would allow us to renovate properly.

Mike has been working with me on 3 of my residential projects over the past year and I must say I couldn't be happier with the final design 3D renders and building plans. Mike is very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand his client's needs and then provides multiple options to consider. Mike is also very budget conscience and is always looking to save the client money without compromising quality. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for help with their next project.

Mike at Premium was a tremendous help in the complete renovation and remodelling of several properties in Victoria. His expertise and knowledge of both the design and construction of a complex project like these helped make them all successful. There were many design decisions that were needed to maximize the usability of the space, as we transferred many of the properties into highly desirable rental suites.Our tenants loved the final designs. Mike's expertise about the the full project scope (design, permits, construction, market) prevented us from making costly mistakes, while also enhancing the properties in their completed state. We will continue to work with Mike, and can't recommend him enough. The projects that we completed with Mike yielded properties that were instantly rented to long term tenants.
