Meet Fresh

I ordered Taro no.2 with red bean soup. The soup is like water with warm not hot. It is very different from the one in California and Hong Kong. Feel very disappointed. There are three Meetfresh colleague wearing uniform standing outside the entrance of the Meetfresh. One is kept smoking and I taste his smoke before tasting the dessert at the entrance who is disgusting. You can compare with the advertisement photo and our actual dessert.

Generally their desserts are pretty good, but the shave ice was so so, especially the 8 treasure shaved ice. The 8 different items on the shaved ice are fixed! You are not allow to pick the items. It was lack of flavour, very plain. The potion looks big, but it actually just huge chunk of plain shaved ice. I would avoid THIS 8 TREASURE SHAVED ICE by all times!

Extremely BAD experience!! Both food and service were horrible!They gave us a take out bowl when we specifically mentioned the order was “for here”. We were given a buzzer and it vibrated few seconds after we ordered. When we saw the bowl, we thought it was taken out from the fridge directly and had been made for a long time as everything was a mess and the ice cream had already melted.The service was extremely bad too. We asked why we were given a takeout bowl and the short-haired lady told us rudely that they used the takeout bowl for dining in as well, without showing any kind of apology.

Good place for Taiwanese dessert. Good consistancy with other chains.Would come back!

Love that the desserts are not overly sweet. Generous portions.

Great place for dessert!!! Not too sweet and taros are super tasty. It’s a must go place in Vancouver for dessert. I like the classic one. Will definitely come again

Hello MeetFresh, I came here today to eat my go to order, which is the signature icy grass jelly. When I finished ordering, the cashier asked if I wanted “to go or for here?” I specifically said For here, and was given the buzzer. As I just sat down, the buzzer went off and I was surprised that it was made really fast. Great, but as I came to collect my order, I was given it in a “To Go Bowl” when I told the cashier(short girl) I wanted it “For Here”. I’ve look around at the other customers that order For Here and seeing they were given actual bowls when you dine in. I’ve came here in the past to eat alone and never once was given a “to go bowl” instead of an actual bowl when you order “for here”. Disappointing. I’m curious why i was given an to go bowl unlike the other customers.
