My experience at Kingsway mall (edmonton)was excellent. Emily has helped me at this location twice now and her helpfulness has been priceless. I appreciate her friendliness and professionalism. Thank you Emily!

Went into this store with my wife. Wife was in the changing rooms and wanted me there to give opinion. A Blonde in a blazer told me to leave the change room area as it was a privacy" issue for the other women. I was informed if my wife wanted to have my opinion she would have to come out of changing area and show me on the sales floor. WHAT?!?!? So a husband cannot be in the area that has locked doors but under the banner of "privacy" my wife needs to show everyone on the sales floor her body and possible purchase? What about her privacy? How degrading! I called the customer service line and the policy in fact is that men are allowed and signs are to be posted saying that. So glad an employee can choose what women deserve privacy and what women don't."

Service was ok. Could have been better but one girl was on phone and the other was left to help all the customers herself

If I could give 0 I would. I visited this store April 22nd. They were having issues with their debit machines and after 3 attempts it showed successful. After travelling back home which is out of town. I decided to look at my bank and they charged me 2x!!! And they refuse to refund me. My bank also disputed the additional charge and they still refuse to give me my $107 back that they've taken from me, not once but twice!! So now I am out this money. Horrible horrible customer service as well from head office as they refuse to resolve this when I provided all documentation. Not sure how a company feels it's acceptable to double charge someone and refuse to return back because their systems were having problems.

The staff here is amazing! They helped me find new underwear and bras and I don't want to wear my old ones anymore, the ones from here are so comfy!They're knowledgeable and super friendly all the time! Definitely coming back!

Jenna and Rose were so helpful! I went in, told them my frustrations and that I haven’t been able to find a decent bra. Rose got my size down right away and Jenna stayed helping me for over AN HOUR! She was professional, friendly, and understanding the whole time. She made a card with the style for my body, the size, an alternate size. I left with 4 bras and I’m probably never going anywhere else except these girls. I walked in upset, and left feeling great. Thank you girls!

I absolutely love NIKA @ kingsway location she is absolutely amazing you guys definitely need to keep her and give her a raise she definitely went above and beyond to help me and she deserves all the praise

The lady was super helpful with helping me chose sizes while the dressing room was unavailable during covid. I have a hard time finding my bra size because some places don’t carry my size, so I love coming here and seeing all the designs and sales.

I visited this location tonight to exchange a bra. The girl at the door helped me find a better fit with some laughs in between. I have never had so much fun finding the perfect bra. The gorgeous girl with the shaved head cashed me out and was an absolute doll. Amazing service from these two ladies! Thank you for the great experience!

I would've given this location a good review but discovered they close earlier than advertised. Due to my work hours I can only get to the store towards closing time on weekdays. I had driven madly across the city to arrive at 6:45 to find them already closed. The sign says 7:00 pm. The girl refused to open to exchange a couple of products. So now I'm just going to return my entire purchase completely on the weekend.
