Aqua-Bois Mc

We had our pool installed in June 2021 and realized soon afterwards that the liner had a defect.(small hole). Due to the water loss, the retaining wall folded inwards and needed repairs. We had the hole repaired and we were told to refill the pool and use it until the bathing season was over. In early September I contact Aqua Bois and they sent over a contractor by the name of Jean Francois Deschênes. He was the technician that repaired the wall. He did such an impeccable job. Jean Francois was courteous, patient and professional. I'd like Mr. Pilote and Mr. Jean Robert to know that we are very happy with his service. Jean Francois was in our area earlier today and he took the time to call us to see if everything was going well with the pool. Now that's rare! Jean Francois keep up the good work. I highly recommend Piscine Aqua Bois. They stand by their work and their word.

Bought a pool 4 years ago had to scrap it wood rotted

5 stars is not enough!! Amazing product! Had our pool installed over 10 years ago and we love it as much now as when we first received it. We just had the liner replaced and one of the owners was part of the install team, can't beat service like that!

I have been trying to book for a replacement swimming pool, back in June they gave me a rough price which I was happy with however they have not answered a single email since. The local dealer in Ottawa said to contact them directly because he is all booked up for next year. I have sent numerous follow up emails but no one responds!!

This is the pool we have from Aqua-bois showing that it is installed semi-inground in sand. The first year all the planks on top rotted and had to be replaced. Last year we noticed that the side panels at sand level were rotting. We called several times and sent several emails, but to no avail. Some one said that they did pass by on a day no one was home and the fenced yard was closed with a locked gate. Someone else was suppose to come by again. That was June 2021 and we are now March 2022 and we have yet to hear from anyone. The wood has been treated as per the instructions received at installation. Although we love the pool the after sales service is deplorable and we would never ever recommend this company to friends. They just don't seem to care
