April 21st 9am. I arrived at the Tim Hortans drive thru starving to the point of no return. of course i came there THINKING i would leave satisfied but boy was i wrong….. When ordering the lady taking my order was delightful but when i came to the window was when trouble erroupted. Not only were the people talking smack in a different language thinking I couldn’t understand but my friend could so jokes on them for that one but they also forgot my order… and left me to die hungry, UNSATISIFIED AND CAUGHT

Will not go there again in my life. I got a parking ticket and a trespasing ticket from a bylaw office that was very rude and mean. I met my family there for some sad news of my father passing. And i was a wreck and could not function after i was told and i was driving our 35 ft motorhome and needed some time but nope he pushed and pushed us and no sympathy at all. Beware of bylaw if you go there.....

Well since installing the 2nd drive through it's even slower than b4..they tell u when u can pull up to the window wich is just crazy..if u order a bagel make sure u ask for both sides to have cream cheese otherwise u get a little swipe of the knife on one side..I only ho hrre if McDonalds is too busy

Friendly service,.. but unfortunately my coffee purchase was only two thirds filled and I had to park and go inside after using the drive through in order to have the problem rectified

My experience in this Tim Hortons was not good.We asked for 4 double expresso and they gave all in one cup.When I asked why, they said that they don't have small cups...But we were 4 people....

Huge mistake coming to this location. I've been sitting in a line up in the drive through for 30 minutes. There's literally only 5 or 6 cars ahead. What could possibly be taking so long!!!!! Will never stop here again.

Dec 6, 2022.idk why this particular crew can’t get a simple DD half French vanilla right, I drive over an hour to work and it’s really disappointing when I take a sip and it tastes like bitter old BLACK coffee with a hint of FV. The other crew always gets it right. Stop putting incompetent people on the morning shift! Just gonna buy my own FV and stop coming here. Maybe get your other morning crew to teach them how to make a coffee… Yknow, what you guys are known for? Next time it’s coming back through the window. If you’re gonna waste my money I’m gonna make it worth it.

future employees and customers be aware nothing is cleaned in this location the bare minimum is done for your order, the managers overwork you and expect more out of you than you are qualified for. if your food has hit the floor its likely it will still be served. your better off going somewhere were you will get clean service and be appreciated as an employee.
