DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! I wish giving 0 stars was an option.It's been 7 months and I'm still waiting for my refund, their customer service is ridiculous, I swear they are all trained to say someone will call you back" as they won't to do anything. I cannot stress enough

This company is very greedy. When I was processing my payment a message appeared saying that my ticket was all of the sudden $350 more extensive now and if I wanted my flights I will have to pay that extra difference on top of the original quoted price... I went to another website (Skyscanner) and they respected the same price quoted in the beginning.I will never book through this website again! Very disappointed.

Flight Network is very disappointing and the agents are unprofessional. I booked the ticket for my niece with connecting flights. Unfortunately, one of the airlines changed the flight to an earlier time which result to a shorter connection time which will be too stressful and risky to take. So, we requested for refund and they told us that it will be under process. After 1 week, they told us that as per airline's policy the passenger is ineligible for a refund and asked us to rebook instead. But there was no rebooking option in their website, they want us to book a new flight for them to earn money again!!!!! When I confirmed it with the airline about this policy, they told me that they can proceed with refunding and cancelling the booking directly without further authorization! I hope they can read this review and get back to us with a proper explanation!!!

By far the worst travel agent I have ever used. My flight was cancelled and they didn't even tell me. i only found out when I went to check in. They now say it's up to the airline to approve the refund. The agents are also unhelpful and disconnect the chat as soon as they have finished their message why no time to respond.

All of the countless bad reviews will tell you exactly what you need to know. If your flight gets cancelled you will never get a refund despite being legally entitled to. Have lost over $2000. Customer service is woeful and tell outright lies.

This company is 100% fraudulent. I booked tickets to Bali for my family of six at a cost of nearly $15,000. When the airlines changed their itineraries (as they tend to do) Flight Network refused to help me change my flights and, instead, directed me to contact the airlines directly. When I contacted the airlines directly, guess what? The airlines told me Flight Network actually owns the tickets and they are the ONLY ones who can make changes.After multiple calls to Flight Network the only option they provided me was a refund". However

This is the worst company on the planet! They deserve minus starts! I am still waiting on my refund from 2020! My flight was cancelled due to the shut down and pandemic! After 35 emails and numerous phone calls (waiting hours on hold) still no refund! The airlines couldn’t help since the confirmation numbers were fraudulent! Do not use them! They are a scam! This has cause me so much stress! Book directing from airlines or hotels! They are based out of Canada if anyone had a way of contacting consumer affairs there please warn people!

Very disappointed with my experience with flight network. We needed to rebook because of cancelation due to bad weather. The call center experience was terrible with very long waits and no resolution. They did not take responsibility for the ticket they issued. I advise you not to work with flight network. I will modify this review if I ever get the refund I was promised.

By far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They sent me an email a couple days before my flight leaves telling me the flight has been cancelled. I call them to try and figure it out, and they tell me I need to contact the airline. I contact the airline and they tell me I need to talk to Flight Network and they should be the ones calling the airline’s support team and figuring this out for me. I call them again and they keep giving me different explanations and unclear answers to my questions. The next day when calling the airline again, they notify me that MY FLIGHT HAD BEEN CANCELLED 2 MONTHS PRIOR. And Flight Network only notified me a couple days before. The airline was gracious enough to help me directly because we were within a 72 hour window of my flight. ABSOLUTE TRASH OF A COMPANY, avoid at all costs. If you have a changed or cancelled flight, they will do nothing to help you. A complete scam
