We have only positive feedback for A+ mobile grooming. We have had several staff members come and take care of our senior dog for quite some time now. So far we've been very happy.

We have been using A+ Grooming services for a year now for our lab, Rosie. It’s very convenient, especially for a dog that likes to get dirty at the cottage!! They come right to our home in a fully equipped grooming van, it’s very convenient!! No mess in the house. The girls do a great job and all the staff members are very sweet.

It was the first time that I decided to get their grooming service for my dog. They told me that I will have %10 discount as a new customer, but they didn’t give it to me. I was not happy with the grooming, and the cleaning at all! The lady delivered the dog to me after 45 minutes with damp hair! It was a cold winter day. She asked me for the cost and the tips. I said what about the discount? She answered it has nothing to do with me , talk to the company. I was wondering if she had no connection with thecompany! Moreover, she told me (not in a polite manner) as you are not paying tips to me I wouldn’t come to your place any other time!!I called the company, complained. They said we trust our employees (means not customers) then I sent the pictures of unprofessional grooming to them by email, but got no response which was unbelievable! You know I was charged $146 for nothing! I don’t recommend using the service of this company toanyone else.

A+ service! I am so happy and impressed with my experience today. I have a 9 month old puppy who is fearful of being brushed and groomed. Petsmart did not have the patience for him and I felt like I was bothering them bringing him there. Carter was fantastic instantly putting my worries at ease. She did such an amazing job getting rid of matts while making him still look fluffy and feathery. Price is high but worth it for the result and ease. Will be using this service and Carter again soon.

I think every person grooming for this place is doing what they should be. They’re all sweet, friendly, animal loving groomers. I have nothing bad I could say about any of them. Rest assured!!

We seen the mobile grooming van in our neighbourhood quite often, so we booked ‘pawdicure’ service to try it out. Well, we are beyond happy with the convenience! Can’t believe there’s a mobile service for my dog! They really do come right to your door step and perform the service inside their vehicle. Much better than forcing my dog into the car, with a 20 min drive to get to her vets, and waiting another 15-25 minutes for her to get her nails clipped and ears cleaned. We booked monthly throughout the year.

My experience with this company was nothing but positive. The reception was very accommodating, I did not have to wait weeks to get an appointment like my previous groomer, and the haircut was not bad. They do however charge extra for teeth brushing which should be included in the price of a full groom. Overall I can attest to the positive reviews.

Very hard to find a professional cat groomer in the greater Toronto area, big thumbs up to Carter for her amazing professionalism. We are ecstatic with the haircut and overall experience of mobile grooming. Missy will be a regular!

Update: My point exactly. Stop forcing grooms on pets. If it’s not working out or if it’s not a comfortable experience for the groomer or pet just stop the groom. How do you have groomers grooming pets over 2 hours when the pets are clearly not having it. Within the first 15 minutes you can tell whether or not the groom will happen. Based on your customers negative experiences all have concluded that groomers continued grooming when signs of distress were noticed. Learn.Terrible experience booking my dogs groom. They aren’t upfront about price and keep telling you everything is extra so expect to pay close to 150-175 for a full groom after tip.I booked an appointment nearly a week in advance and the day before it was cancelled with no explanation and no apology as if people don’t have lives and other commitments. I didn’t even receive a phone call and this is during a long weekend when I had coordinated my entire day. To make things even more unprofessional they rescheduled my appointment without confirming the date or time worked for me. How laughable!I’m pleased I didn’t go through with this mobile service since if this is how they treat they’re customers I can only imagine how they’d treat our dog.Also- The review responses from the groomers and the owner regarding customers not being happy with their pets groom is mainly excused as the pet not behaving properly. If the groomers are so experienced then perhaps they should express to the customer that it’s unlikely to get a full groom in and that the choice should be there’s. Some of these responses are ridiculous.
