Pharmasave Chappelle Pharmacy
This is a pharmacy where Arul and his team truly cares. We first met Arul when he was working close to our house and we were so impressed with him. Once he opened his own pharmacy we followed him there even though it is a 15 minute drive for us because the service and care that he offers is exceptional. Would highly recommend this pharmacy and we love the convenience of having the doctor’s clinic located here too.

Pharmasave Chappelle Pharmacy
They are very friendly and expensive in comparison to other places. I don’t trust the results of rapid tests, when a positive result means they prescribe and make money off of the positive result. My gut says, it is one of those places where you pay your money and the customer is always right. If accuracy is what one is after, this probably isn’t the right place.

I came here to have a prescription filled and they neglected to tell me that it had refills, so I used the prescription until it was all gone. I went back to the doctor for a follow-up appointment and they were confused that I was no longer taking the medicine and this is because I was not informed that the prescription had refills when I was given the medication by the pharmacy. I informed him that I would be writing this one star review due to the fact that he messed up my medication. He replied Your loss." Clearly a lack of professionalism."

I’ve been using Chappelle Pharmasave for about two years now. Arul and his staff are the most welcoming and always remember you by name. Working a very busy schedule that gives me very little time at home, Arul is always there to help make sure my prescriptions are filled and ready, as well as answer any questions I have.With the extreme difficulties to find a family physician right now, Arul has gone out of his way numerous times to set up in-person or phone appointments for me to ensure I can have my prescriptions before I leave again for work.If a 10-star rating was possible I would without a doubt leave one. This is by far the best service I have ever received. The thoughtfulness and care you receive as a patient makes you feel as if they are family.

Very irresponsible staff, no communications among the staff and coz of that patients has to suffer.called before coming to clinic they told me to come I reach in 10 mins to the clinic , when I drove there they told me no walk-in, they could have informed me the same on phone.
