I am baffled by the lack of professionalism and rude behaviour that I experienced at the store today. I brought my daughter for her flu shot today, 3 minutes early and checked in at the pharmacy. We waited 35 minutes. I could see they were busy so I was trying to be patient, but decided to check in again to let them know we had waited so long.I went up to the pharmacy and said “hi there I just wanted to let you know we’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes now”. To which she replied, “for”? I said we had been waiting for the flu shot. She said “just a moment” and walked away with zero apology.My daughter was nervous , because she’s a kid and sometimes kids are afraid of needles, so she was an anxious mess that whole time.Turns out the woman who checked us in had left without properly communicating that we were there. The woman who did the injection was polite and apologized. Either way I left feeling angry and justified in previous years for avoiding the flu shot because of the hassle.

I just witnessed some of the most racist loss prevention harassment I’ve ever seen. Two Indigenous women entered the Southdale Rexall around 6:40PM today, only to be met by 3 employees blatantly stalking them through the store, using their walkeetalkees without any discretion whatsoever. These employees would not give them the space or the courtesy to shop, as the did for everyone else in the store. Once staff finally provoked the would-be-customers to annoyance, they were kicked out for rude language toward the staff. I approached one of the staff members to ask for the number to head office, as the store employees displays of aggression and hostility toward the two women was unacceptable - instead of giving me the number, she handed me a flyer. It is NOT a crime to shop while Indigenous and I expect Rexall to retrain the employees at this location.

My aboriginal girlfriend and I go in to the the rexall located at 35 Lakewood in southdale, to do some shopping and the whole time we had 3 workers following us. using there walkie-talkies in an unmannerly way every time we would walk passed one of them. Then they ask us if we are done shopping when we haven’t even grabbed anything, so I ask why we are being harassed by the employees and the female manager comes around and tells my girlfriend and I to leave just because I started asking questions about their behaviour. I would strongly recommend to not do any shopping there as their staff and manager really like to stereotype their customers.

This is the worst Rexall in the entire city. I've came to get my mail here multiple times to find they've closed early" for the day. What the hell is that? Only store I've ever seen to do this. The post office needs to MOVE from this location."

Went to the store at 7:10 PM and the store hours on the front of the store clearly say they are open until 8pm. The hours are updated with Google but not the front window.

Moved to this pharmacy from Shoppers DrugMart and have had the best service from the pharmacists and their assistants. Always very helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about my health concerns and they are very quick and accurate at filling the prescriptions. Extremely happy with their services! This is the only pharmacy I’ve not had problems with in Winnipeg!

I can't believe I need to give one star for this place. I hope I can give you one star. The pharmacists do not know anything about their job at all. They keep calling someone to find who knows about their job. It takes forever. I even did not get my prescription. I hope other patients get what they need. I will not go there in the future.

Not pleasant getting personal prescription here ...seems alittle racist...couldn't get my prescription here...one lady lied to me the first time when I could pick up my medication...and then when I went on the date...another employee to me to come back at later date...this place is a joke

Horrible manager, I went there for the first time. Was followed by multiple employees, stared at. Then asked if I was ready to leave, while browsing.! Customer service sucks, they are rude, also didn’t give me names or supervisors name/number.
