Krown Waterloo

Had my car oil spayed at Krown Waterloo in December of 2020. I was told I would have minor oil drips on my driveway which would fade away in 2 weeks . 3 months later I'm left with a disaster of oil stains and damage on my driveway at the residence which i am renting at. The damage done to the driveway was caused by the job which Krown performed on my vehicle. If you choose to get your car oil sprayed at this location, i suggest you park your vehicle on the street for 1-2 weeks. City of Waterloo allows 14 credits towards street parking per year. Use these credits when you get your car oil sprayed.

Took my 20 year old truck in as its about too see its first winter. The staff were super friendly and the techs went OVER AND ABOVE!!!The job they did was VERY detailed!!ThanksHIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful as it was my first time bringing my car in. She reminded me to use CAA to save 10 dollars and taught me what I needed to know about the under body spray. GREAT service!!

I am happy to offer my support and appreciation for the service, the application of Krown's rustproofing, the best way to protect your vehicle from Canada's harsh winter weather and the salt and brine that is used to keep roads safe through those cold months.For a very reasonable fee, discounted if you have a CAA membership, they allowed me to schedule my visit and enjoy their waiting room for the duration of my Jeep's treatment. They offered feedback on the health of my truck and had excellent service and insight on the process.I will be back, and while it is recommended to visit yearly, we'll see where life takes me.Thanks for protecting my Jeep, Sandra-Dee, I am hoping we have many years together. Owning a Jeep is much like a long-term relationship, take care of her, she'll take care of you.

Brought my Jeep in to get it rust proofed this week. Had a very nice experience, friendly staff. Took about an hour to get done, as they told me it would. The waiting room was comfortable, nice atmosphere, and had complementary coffee and tea available. Also if you’re a CAA member you get a 10% discount! Car come out perfectly, and was washed.Will definitely be returning again! Thank you!

The waiting area is very nice! I almost don't want to leave! The protection that the rust proofing service gives my car is great, I have an older car and it is great for preventing rust and salt buildup. CAA discounts are available for members and the customer service is wonderful!

After bringing my civic into the krown for undercoating, the tech who drove my car into the service area basically stalled the car in front of me, was revving it for no reason and did not seem to respect others cars. After waiting the 45 minutes, I took a look in the car and they left oily fingerprints on my trunk button. I immediately went back in and let them know and they sent someone out to clean it. It appeared they used a dirty rag and some spray. After wiping the button down, they wiped all the contact points (steering wheel, door handle and shifter). Didn’t help that they touched my touchscreen with an oily finger which was annoying to clean. Since the rag was dirty, wiping everything made it worse and you can clearly see all the oil left on the steering wheel.I’m sure they sprayed everything right, but they don’t keep your car in the condition it was given to them in. I always keep my car clean and only have a bottle of hand sanitizer and a microfibre cloth for my touchscreen and I was hoping they would be respectful of what they were doing. If you drive a car you don’t care about, I guess bringing it here would be fine.

It’s been only 15 days of spraying my vehicle with that oil or the rust protection. I took the car to the shop to install new rims and winter tires and I surprised that the oil has been gone or they haven’t sprayed it completely for just 2 weeks.I paid an amount at the shop to undercoat the vehicle again with a high quality asphalt liquid + warranty. After all that I went to Krown Shine to get a refund or anything from the $146 that I paid, they said we can’t give you a refund because you’ve already sprayed you’re vehicle with an asphalt liquid and we can’t see what is in those pictures.I usually use asphalt for the rust protection on my vehicles, but a friend recommended them and absolutely gave me a bad recommendation.I don’t recommend them to anyone at all.

Great service every time. And Krown rustproofing really works. I have been using Krown for a long time and 13 years at this location, 7 for my previous vehicle and the rest with this one. Never had a problem with rust at all. After application the vehicle is fully washed. Great product and service.
