The cashier took my money and then took my donut with her hand without a glove or a paper. I told her I wanted a different one. She was not happy. She then forgot to make my coffee and she was very unpleasant when she gave it to me.

Provide training to your night staff, Very rude to and resist to customers, even he charged me for two coffees, I asked for refund for one, but he didn’t provide me that. Also, the coffee is horribly made, can’t even drink. Now, at least keep one person who can speak English, it’s very disappointing we were translated in to French for him but your staff was resist too us.Not recommend this place to any customers specially at night.Message to owner: Please provide training to your staff and replace them who can’t even provide great customer service.

It’s my first time coming here spontaneously. Very friendly service. I ordered a large ice coffee and it was delicious!
