Migrated lip fillers, spent hundreds to get them dissolved and back to normal. I have PTSD years later of the horrible job that was done. The nurse walked in, barely did a consultation, used a vibrating needle!!!?!??!? and then left. There was little to no explanation of why or even what the device was, I was young and shy and didn't question it. Went to a facial plastic surgeon's office to get them dissolved and fixed, it's years later and I can still see the migration.

I had an amazing rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Torgerson! I was unsure of my vectra imaging done the first time, and he met with me just a couple days later to discuss my concerns. I felt extremely supported! At surgery day, i very much put the creative direction in his hands and said to simply “do what he thinks fits” - and I was given a natural rhinoplasty that really suited my face. Initially, i thought very natural wasn’t the way to go. But now I always get compliments saying I couldn’t have a better nose to suit my face!

I have been going to ses Dr Cory Torgersonfor a few years now. At first it was wondering but lately I do not believe the product they ues is what they say. I had my lips and chin done and one week later li looked like i had nothing done. I did go back one week later and their solution was I had to repay to get it fix. I will never go back again.

I started going to the clinic after a botch up at another medspa where I developed hyperpigmentation (on skin that has never had any issues), resulting in major depression and PTSD.All I can say is THANK YOU

I visited this centre twice having made an appointment a week or so in advance.The first time I was kept for waiting for about an hour by which time I had to leave to go back to work. I had just booked a consultation so I thought I'd be seen on time and have time to spare to go back home (I work from home). They said that the person that I scheduled the consultation with had an appointment that went over and if they could reschedule. I agreed to reschedule but was not happy with the service level received.Wouldn't you believe it that I went back the second time and was kept waiting for 45 minutes!!! I went to the receptionist after 15 minutes of waiting for an ETA and she told me that the previous appointment had gone over again!! She offered me a skin analysis which I took since I thought it would be 10 minutes and I'd get to my appointment, but no such luck. The analysis took about 20 and I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes. When I finally got in to see them (injector? doctor?) she was being very pushy when I just wanted a consultation and wanted to think through the commitment I was about to make.That being said, I ended up going to another clinic where my time was valued and I have returned there time and time again.Moral of the story - value your customers' time, if you are constantly going over then give yourself a buffer because it's rude to consistently keep people waiting.

Dr Torgerson and his amazing team always takes care of me! From professional assessment, advice and treatments they are always educating and letting me know what my needs are. They are very respectful and always putting my needs first and making me feel very comfortable and confident with my choice of treatments! Thank you all so very much❤️

I was so excited to have finally made the decision on having a rhinoplasty done that I scheduled a consultation with a London surgeon right away. Sadly after this consultation I thought I would never have the nose of my dreams due to being told I would need a double broken, open nose surgery with months of time off of work to recover and even to look into quitting my job if I was seriously considering having a rhinoplasty.Luckily I found Dr. Torgerson online through all of his wonderful reviews. As soon as I walked into the gorgeous clinic I knew I made the right decision to not give up and to come here for a second consult.I was absolutely blown away when Dr. Torgerson digitally designed the perfect nose for me on their computer program. It was my face, with my dream nose, that perfectly suited my face to “create art”, as he put it.Surgery was booked within weeks and the staff helped me find the best suited financing company for me.I kept the surgery from majority of my friends and family, and just as I was told during my consultation, no one can figure out what has changed, just that I look so amazing! My own brother even questioned that I had a face lift rather than my nose done because of how well my nose now compliments my face!I couldn’t be any more in love with my face from my nose, the overall experience (even the day of surgery was magical!), the welcoming and lovely staff, and of course the miracle worker, Dr. Torgerson.

For as long as I’ve known, I’ve wanted a chin implant for projection. I’ve done tons of research and it seemed pretty straight forward.First: The minute I opened my eyes from surgery one of the nurses told me the number one surgery they preform is revision- chin implants because people don’t like them from Torgerson.Second: Dr. Torgerson and I discussed a medium implant- I have a small face.. durning surgery he decided to go for large. I would have never agreed to this as i know it would be way to big for my face.Third: It looks horrid. It changed my face from the front which was what I didn’t really want, I just wanted some projection and liposuction. My chin looks massive and doesn’t look good at all. I still don’t have feeling in it more than three years later. It affects my speech and smiling. I’m very unhappy with it and super self conscious, it’s massive!Forth: They are not answering my emails. I’m asking to have it removed but no answer from them.I felt rushed to tell him what I wanted, there is long wait times to see the doctor even if you have an appointment and the staff and pretty stuck up. Overall it wasn’t a good experience. The only reason I gave two stars was because the facility is very pretty.Honestly you guys just need to do better overall. I regret not following my intuition and going with another doctor.

Dr. Torgerson has been an absolutely incredible professional throughout my time as his patient. I have seen him for a few years now and my loyalty definitely lies with him and his staff. I have only ever had very positive experiences with my procedures from very invasive surgery to cosmetic procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Torgerson and his team to anyone looking for an exceptional clinic who will make you feel completely comfortable and confident as his patient.

Dr Cory Torgerson was very friendly when I went to his clinic. However…friendly doesn’t cut it when it’s to do with your face.-I had simple Botox administration…..my entire face dropped. My eyes were like slits and I looked angry.-I also had Injections in my nose. I was very clear where I wanted it. But he injected me in a completely different area. He just didn’t listen, regardless of how May times I showed him.I called them and showed them my face. They did nothing. I paid 900 just for the Botox. So crazy. It’s such a simple procedure. My face went back to normal after 5 months. Thank God.
