Very slow customer service 1 person working it's like the owner doesn't care if the customer waits, switched my services because of it too bad I like the product but it's the only telus kiosk within an hour drive. Owner must think people won't go elsewhere.

Great service during an after business hours . Staff will always return a msg if u have issues . Nice New store in sugarloaf mall with larger selection of accessories
