Don't bother with Primo Tilli. Doesn't get back to requests, concerts, questions, but charges for every email sent. Doesn't fight hard enough for client. Works with other lawyers to make sure fight continues, in order to collect more fees. Do your job!!!!!!!!!!!!

The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional, interrupts you while you are speaking, does not find any problem solving solutions and loses business for this firm. I wanted a service from a previous lawyer that i consulted with at this firm and she refused to accept my current request as the defence is a common quebec name that she refused to dig deeper to find out if the names the firm had service before was indeed the defence or not. I politely asked questions and was trying to find a solution explaining to her that as it is a common name, most lawyers will have, under the quebec bar policy, the same inconvenience and i was trying to find a way to help her to provide more information to see if it was indeed the defence or not. She kept interrupting me, telling me no, refusing to listen, and she refused to provide her name when i asked her. She was very rude and unprofessional, kept implying that i was asking for confidential information when i was not at all but trying to provide some to her and ended the conversation with her hanging up on me. I would like to be contacted by someone from this firm, other than her, to be able to properly complete my request in a professional and polite manner as the lawyer who had helped me was excellent. I’m sorry for the rating, perhaps this can be a coaching moment for the staff.

A good service but lacking in communication. They charge everything and never answer when sending a document when it is urgent to have it! They say wait until your attorney reach you. An easy file took me 9 months and I understand it is an epidemic situation but I deserve a good communication because I paid for it. I am not recommanding them if you want it fast.

Great service from the full staff! I appreciate the approach they take by investing their time in what's important to reduce your cost. Price is very competitive and their services are professional. I received sound legal advice from Marc - he is clearly experienced and knowledgeable. I also knew what to expect from the office ahead of time in terms of the payment structure. I was not too pleased, however, when we needed approximately 30 minutes of legal advice, and then afterward was charged for 31 minutes, particularly when the first few minutes of the meeting involved the lawyer taking information from us by hand (administrative work), which a client should not be paying a lawyer to do.

Horrible they should just stick to family/criminal law that’s where their best reviews are for And not agreeing into taking people in field they are not specialized. Booked to speak with a lawyer and I was upfront clear what exactly type of service I needed from them, just to get a lawyer who spent almost an hour (I didn’t even let him finish the whole hour I had paid for) he kept repeating himself to basic Info I already knew basically his strategy to pass time l. I can’t even go on. I don’t even regret what I spent just time I wasted talking to incompetent and unprofessional.
