Chase was very thorough and took his time explaining what he was doing and how to operate the HVAC system, along with the operation of the thermostate.

Steve Gates repairs propane generators that supply off-grid applications. He's very good, concientious, and professional!

I called North Star in the morning and after a few hours they sent a real nice young man to fix my air conditioner. He was really nice and professional and best of all he had the part to fix it today. Very pleased indeed.

Breanne serviced our 30 yr old propane furnace. She replaced a capacitor, let me know the induction motor will need replacement and found some blowback in the burner system that isn’t a major issue yet. She was knowledgeable and very professional. She even taped the cover back on the furnace and told me which clips to order that I can replace myself.

Brian was so nice. He patiently went through the programming of our new thermostat with me. He made sure everything worked properly and he worked way past the end of his day. This company installed a new Navien boiler/instant hot water system at my home 2 years ago. Today’s visit was to perform cleaning and maintenance on this particular unit.“Chase,” the service technician, arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered questions that I had about the unit as well as responded to my questions about additional appliances (central air, generator installation & also plumbing repair) that I am considering purchasing for my home.Chase did a wonderful job. Jordan was awesome, quick, and very professional. Completing the installation of a new furnace and AC units within one day. The system works amazingly, and we are very satisfied with the level of service provided.

I have had a couple other companies work on our mini split system. Elias with Norstar was so much more knowledgeable the difference was like night and day. He had the right tools and knowledge found the problem fixed the problem in 30 minutes. The other company couldn’t even find the problem. I want use anyone else. I highly recommend them.
