Ambrosia Natural Foods

First off, as soon you walk in the produce is right there and is disgusting. Organic foods is more expensive therefore it shouldn’t look sad and soggy. Second of all, I came there looking for vegcheese. The customer service there is non existent. The employee didn’t seem to have a clue as to what it was. He then said “he doesn’t think they have them anymore.” He also said a whole bunch of nothing. When I said “how is it on your website if it’s discontinue?” There was no reply. Complete waste of my time. I went over to avenue road and they had all three. Fresh produce, customer service and the cheese. I know my little money doesn’t matter and neither does my return in business but I do think customer service is essential and so is fresher produce.

Good store for people who want to pay a little bit extra for sign ORGANIC.As soon as you enter the store, you feel nice smell of some fragrance. Lots of CTVs. Nice design of the interior. But not my kind of shopping stops.

Clean organized, well trained staff, from vegetables to cosmetics, all organic. Logo is purple! Lots of parking. Lots of carts available. Wheel chair access.

Natural food store located close to the good life gym. A wide variety of health food items, there is skin care products as well. It’s very spacious and the items and shelves are organized and well stocked. There is plenty of parking and the employee that we spoke to was knowledgeable in product placement.These health food stores do tend to be a little pricey though. My sister and I were looking for a low calorie alternative to condensed milk. No luck.

This store is absolutely amazing. They have a huge selection and ton of variety for you to choose from. The produce always looks so fresh and the shelves are always so neatly stocked. The staff are super helpful, especially in the vitamin and supplements section - they really know what they are talking about and are super knowledgeable. The prices are also way more economical than the other health food stores. Highly recommend!

Has everything we need and we go our of our way to shop there weekly. Organic beef, cheese, sheep milk, produce, even including more obscure items like kombu. Top tier protien powers/supplements/creams/soaps. Their instore brand for seeds and other goods like flour are competively priced. I don't know how the customer service is because I don't deal with them; it's a small place and really doesn't take a genius to navigate if you know what you want. Cashiers are friendly though and bag your groceries with care. 4 stars because they don't accept Amex and so I purchase much less than I would have otherwise and it requires me to shop at other places which is very inconvenient.

Professional and well organized store. I had a dispute on a receipt and the way it was professionally handled and money refunded in a fair way was just amazing. Great manager who also helped me find some Almond flour earlier! They really care about their customers and there are really some great vibes about this place. Very inclusive.

Wow, time flies. I have been shopping at this location for almost 10 years now. This is where I would buy all my produce for my organic green juices and to make baby food because the prices were reasonable and produce fresh (2013-2017) This place has great monthly sales. This is my “go to” for supplements (chia seeds, flax seeds, chaga), protein bars, bulk nuts and seeds, healthy things. I used to refill my reverse osmosis water here too. The prices here have always been better than whole foods, natures emporium, and healthy planet. I also have a favourite cashier who has been at this location from day one. I don’t remember her name but she’s the reason I am writing this review and also the reason I always come back. Very warm, friendly, and helpful. Very nice Asian lady. If I remember her name, I will edit this post Anyway, I like this place.
