If you can, skip this place. I usually get my nails done outside of the province as I was visiting family but before I did go to this salon and it wasn’t bad. However it could just be that I found a really great and reliable nail tech where I am but I have had some shotty nail jobs in the last few years and not many compare to this. They made me wait about a half hour when I got there even though I had made an appointment prior to coming in. The lady there seemed to know what she was doing and I did check over many things but everything felt so rushed and to be completely honest, I just wanted to get out of there. Well, I paid about $80 for a set of gel nails that are crooked and weird looking. I hardly noticed this at all upon leaving there but now the skin around the corners of my nails are peeling severely and falling off and the paint all around the edges are chipping off ?? Like what lol I have never had that happen and actually she never even cleaned under my nail - just realizing now I had mentioned this issue to her and she never fixed it. So with this clear gel there is a layer of freaking dirt on my pinky . Like ew. I suppose just don’t - I hate writing negative reviews but I am now stuck with nails I don’t like .

I called before hand and wanted to book an appointment for 11am they told me they were busy and booked me in at 1:30pm which was fine. However when I got there I sat in the chair until 2:40pm and they still hadn’t serviced me because they were busy. Once a lady became available instead of coming to me because I was next she serviced a lady who came in 40 after me. This is isn’t acceptable, if they don’t have time they shouldn’t book me in and waste my afternoon!!!

I received a terrible acrylic nail service that damages my nails permanently. Two of nails were burned with the triming machine. It was very painful.The nails were badly shaped, smaller than my finger tip, and misaligned- sticked outside of my actual nails (as shown in the photos). I called to have them completely removed. I was asked to come back the following day at noon.I came back on Feb 13th, 2022 to get them removed and asked for a refund. Kate was very rude and told me “i did my best” i can’t remove them and i am not going to give you a refund”I asked to speak to the manager, she said she is not here and you can email her. I had the appointment at noon to remove them, I ended up waiting from 12 to 1 pm then she decide to trim instead, super short because she can’t remove them all. At least she could have made them shaped well instead of leaving me with short nails that I was stuck with now. It has been been very draining experience.Now it is costing me more to go through medical treatment to heal my nails.I would not recommend this place at all. The worse place. Lack of experience, and hygiene .Save your time and go to a place that worth your time and money.

They have bad services and the young lady working there has poor nail technician skills. I have been there two times with my friend, I am so unsatisfied and never visiting there again. The first visit, SHE CUT MY HAND WITH AN ELECTRIC FILER AND MY FINGER WAS BLEEDING. SHE DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE and she was kept on repeating IT'S OKAY

Would give 0 stars if could. Absolutely the worst experience and result. Didn't even know how to take the nail polish off, kept telling me I had gel, when i clearly knew it was just a regular nail polish. Didn't clean the cuticles just scratched my nails, kept cutting my fingers to the point I was bleeding. Didn't know how to shape, all of my nails ended up being different length and shape. Looked like this was her first time ever doing manicure. I doubt these people have any sort of training. Hope they read these reviews and improve, it's not okay to charge money for the lack of service they provide.

Kate was fabulous today when my gf and I went to get our nails done. Beautiful work on our acrylics. She was very friendly and made sure we were happy with her work before she finished. Great experience.

Worst experience ever. Poor customer service. I bought a gift certificate for Christmas for my wife. She had such terrible service and poor quality nails in her past visits she never wants to go back. Of course they refused to refund the gift certificate so I might as well have flushed a $100 down the toilet.

Really nice and hard working people and my nails have never looked better.
