Visited this location yesterday to purchase a new mattress for my Mother. Chris D welcomed us into the store. He asked my Mother what her needs were such as size, comfort, and budget. He provided us information regarding the current varieties available. Purchasing a piece of furniture such as a new bed can be very intimidating with so many options and price points. What we appreciated the most from Chris, was his honesty, knowledge and patience with us. This was the first store we stepped into and after visiting other stores, we came back and purchased my Mom's first favourite mattress at Sleep Country.Thanks Chris for all the help!

Great service. I was approached immediately and all of my questions answered. The folks inside are very sleep-knowledgeable.They DO NOT have the 2” and 3” Purple Hybrid mattresses to try. So don’t waste your time going there. Purple is a fantastic mattress, so try them out!!!

Just left Sleep Country & I was so happy with my experience! I usually have anxiety when it comes to furniture/mattress shopping (hence why I brought my mom with me today lol). But todays experience was very reassuring! We were greeted by Luke & he was awesome! He gave us a little tour of all the mattresses, then gave us some space to try them out. I love that he doesn’t hover and follow the whole time. He always made sure to check in, answered all our questions and even gave some great tips for the future. Aside from that, he was super friendly and has a good sense of humour! It was such a pleasure meeting him and having him help me out. I will DEFINITELY be sending anyone I know that needs a mattress to Luke!

We had a really great experience. Bought the Bloom Cloud (sleep country's own brand of mattress in a box). It felt amazing.Our salesman was very nice and the whole experience went very smoothly.

Been having no luck with mattress stores lately, both my wife and I have back issues from poor mattresses. Mike at the Coquitlam location near IKEA was fantastic! He was able to squeeze in a delivery slot during a long weekend, as well as took the time to show me beds specific to our needs. All the while, he was conscious of our budget and patient through the process. Highly recommend seeking out Mike when you go here!

Had a great experience buying a mattress here. I spent a couple of weeks looking for a new mattress and swung by this store on a whim. Dealt with Mike and he was super helpful and offered a lot of recommendations in terms of what we were looking for. I'm always a little apprehensive when it comes to these kinds of box stores, but I didn't feel pressured at all to purchase and had a lot of time to try all the mattresses a number of times before settling on one we really liked. We got a great deal and super happy with everything. I would highly recommend any mattress shoppers to at least browse around here during your search.
