I usually have good service at this location, only draw back is that its always busy. I come here on my break which is only 15 mins long and I like that the manager respects that. one time I came here, placed my order and waited for my drink. 2 of the baristas were just chatting and not doing anything while I was standing there waiting. the manger turns to them and request for them to make my drink and points out that im waiting. I like it when people value my time as my time is important. today was seamless. I went over and ordered the new rose tea latte and it was very tasty indeed.

I mobile ordered this morning and arrive when it said it would be ready nite this was already 15-20 mins after I ordered it and waited another 15 mins and my drink hadn’t been started even I asked the barista if mobile was even working and she not so friendly said “we make them as they come up same as cafe” and that was it.. no “so sorry we are a little busy or maybe just look to tell me where mines at? I ended up leaving without my drink (still payed for it) lovely $7 for nothing because it had been half hour total and I had to go to work… super disappointing…

This location is brand new and I just want to say that the staff I was served by were incredible. They were cheery, kind and attentive. So happy with the new drive thru!

Barista was amazing! Very knowledgeable and very sweet girl who made my drinks super fast. This location always has super nice staff. I brought a teavana tea for the first time and it was lacklustre. It was 90% just ice and took about a minute to drink. So that was kind of disappointing. I also got a pumpkin spice frappucino and that was really awesome. Well done there!

If you want to wait 15 minutes for your drink, go here. Doesn't look busy. Everytime, 15 mins...Brickyard is faster and way busier.

Good location ( now across the street). Eat in area is always freezing-windows drafty. Their Ambient music at 6:30am is so loud its difficult to have conversations or do any work with coffee. Multiple visits.

I had a girl named Blake take my payment at the drive thru window and she was so friendly and lovely to talk to while I waited for my order. If any manager at this location sees this, 12/10 customer service! Please give her praise!!

Im not one to leave reviews but I've visited this store a few times through drive thru and inside and the staff is always beyond friendly but seem to have very few people working which seems to leave them flustered. My last visit I went in and one poor girl looked like she was on the verge of tears!! Still working hard and made sure everyone was taken care of. Please be kind and patient to all service workers, they deserve better

Fanstastic baristas except for this morning as I was being ignored trying to enter the locked premises 15 minutes after the 5:30am open time. Meanwhile standing infront of the sign stating it now opens at 5, not 5:30.Looking over and ignoring your customers for 10 minutes doesn’t seem professional, especially when the establishment is supposed to be open.

Showed up to this location at 9:30pm since their opening hours were showing opened until 10 pm. Went through the drive-thru and there was a message to come to the window to place an order. I get to the window and 2 employees stared at me only to laugh ans continue about their business as if I wasnt at the window. Then another one passed by and ignored me. So when I knocked on the window to figure out if someone would take my order or if they were closed because their business hours showed that they should be still be open and there were clients in front of the starbucks chit chatting. A lady showed up to the window and did not open the window and decided to yell that they were closed. I informed her that instead of ignoring me for 10 minutes and laughing they should update their business hours and left.
