Had three suits and a sports jacket dry cleaned! Amazing job, amazing price and fantastic customer service!

Poor service. Was quoted one price when drop off and a total different one when pick up (higher of course). Get it in writing when you drop it off because it appears each worker (owner?) makes up their own price.

I was very pleased with the customer service here after bringing my tanned suit for a dry cleaning that had been a roughed up from my wedding down south (grass stain from pinned flower, red lipstick smudge, etc.)They got the stains out no problem and Gail even kept me updated via text messages (i never texted my dry cleaners before now lol) Reasonably priced and quick turn-around.I don't normally post reviews but good service needs to be recognized!

I brought my bf's Canada Goose jacket in with a hood that can not be removed. As it says it is dry clean only I figured it was fine to dry clean. He had only worn it twice and it hung in the closet for years because we lived in a warmer climate where it was not needed so I thought I would freshen it up because we now live in Nova Scotia where he will use it. It was dry cleaned the the fur hood was completely ruined. I was super upset when I took it out of the bag at home and seen the hood was destroyed. Immediately I emailed the company and received such a nice response that I could not believe it. I had told Paddy that I had not signed a waiver which was a mistake on the part of the person who took the jacket in but never the less, he took full responsibility for it. He had someone pick the jacket up at my place the next day, looked at what happened and told me that this happens to the jackets that do not have removable hoods. Technically Canada Goose should let people know that or make all hoods removable. Paddy sent the jacket to Toronto to have the fur replace all at the companies cost. They replaced the hood and had the jacket delivered back to me right to my door.Paddy is super professional and I was very happy with the final product.
