I won't comment on the quality of her work, for the quality of her character is not something that I feel I can respect

I had the displeasure of being in the drive thru at Tim Hortons on Dundas in Belleville yesterday morning around 10:30am directly behind this individual. If you are going to behave in an inconsiderate, rude, entitled manner for dozens to see you probably shouldn't have your personal information - such as your name and business information - decaled on the back of your vehicle.Patrons of a restaurant don't control how fast an employee works to fulfill their order. There were at least eight vehicles lined up behind you that were waiting longer than you were for more than just a few coffees and no one else behaved like that.We may be in a green zone, but we're still readjusting to reopening throughout a year long pandemic. There's no such thing as fast food or fast service anymore.Adjust your expectations accordingly instead of harassing a stranger for placing an order in line before you and having to patiently wait as an adult should.Sitting in the Drive-Thru impatiently honking your horn at a stranger while inching your vehicle closer and closer to them in an aggressive manner in a bid to try and hurry them along while they're still waiting for their order to be filled was obnoxious, rude, and painful to witness. No business owner should behave in that manner. That you're driving a vehicle advertising your business makes it much worse though. There's no excuse for behavior like that.I wasn't at all surprised the gentleman you were harassing pulled ahead and got out of his vehicle to confront you for being so rude.I would never consider hiring a business who presents themselves in such an unprofessional manner. As much as I like to support local and have been looking into other local signage options for my business, I'll stick with Vistaprint until my regular printer is up and running again. I'd even opt for making up a few of the handmade signs I was doing when I first started my business over a decade ago before hiring somebody who behaves in such a distasteful way.It doesn't matter if you were having a bad day, felt you needed those coffees more than that individual needed their order, how late you may have been running ( plan ahead in future is that's the case ), and so on. My business wouldn't have survived more than a decade and through a pandemic if I'd ever behaved like this. You're representing your business every time you get behind the wheel.Your unrealistic expectation for speedy service doesn't necessarily mean that employees are able to work fast enough to appease you.Taking your frustrations out in such a manner reflects poorly upon your business and yourself.I'd give no stars if I could, yesterday's display was painful to watch.I don't believe that's the first instance, I don't believe it will be the last either.
