Theodore & Pringle Optical in Real Canadian Superstore

This Superstore is a great place to shop for groceries. They do price match other stores so there is always good value to be had. The aisles are wide and generally clean. On weekends there are plenty of checkout lanes open so wait times are minimal. This location does support their online shopping experience which I have yet to experience but there are designated parking stalls where your groceries will be brought to your car... or at least that's what it seems like. My biggest complaint against Superstore is there clunky self checkout experience. Their competition has much better streamlined checkout stations and the software​ is generally better in my opinion. The bag carousel has got to go.

Very spacious store and parking space. We love that the fruits and vegetables here are always fresh. Lots of good deals, too.

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is comfortable with music provided. Employees are nice and friendly. Check out speed is normal. Many shopping options in this location. Public washrooms available. Many small shops available inside. Free parking lot available in the front. Movie theatre, Staples, and Canadian Tires nearby.

This is a very nice Superstore, I'm not exactly sure why I like it compared to other Superstores, but it's probably the parking. The parking is ample, and I don't ever feel like I have to walk a mile to get to the store. It's also easy to get in to and out of.I've found the staff to be friendly and helpful in all my interactions with them. Well, except this one time when a price check took simply way too long, but the manager stepped in and resolved it for us.A few things they could improve on: the first is ensuring their ticketed pricing matches what they have in their system. We watch the prices when scanned like a hawk because of this. The second is I HATE the multiples pricing that encourages you to buy two or three to get an extra discount. That's reason enough for me to not buy the one I wanted to get, but I guess it must work for them to drive sales. I just find that practice to be unfriendly to the customer.Finally, there's a Bosley's and a dollar store next door, and it's convenient to stop by before or after going to the movie theater, which is just a few minute's walk away.

Good prices. They started to add more organic options. Usually very dirty around bulk area. Some shelves have sharp corners. Be careful when you reach for lower standing items. Not enough cashiers. Busy most of the time at the check out, but cashiers work fast. Very good time to shop early morning or late in the evening.They have good promotions once in a while. For example, if you spend 250$, you get 50$ in points that you can spend on groceries other time. Another promo, for every 50$ spend you get 10$ in points as well. You have to check their website for that. If you will get their PC points card and sign up for email notifications, they will send info as well. Also, good for fuel to have points card. They have promo for every 40$ you spend you will get $5 in points. All those points are very handy when you need to buy 1 or 2 items.

One of Coquitlam's largest grocery chains, and they live up to their name Superstore" in terms of the broad range of the daily items for living. They offer specific departments for seafood

Since we loved to this area, this Superstore location is fast becoming one of our go to places. It has what we need, when we need it, and for a good price. It is also nice to be able to gas up at the same time. You may also want to look into their customer rewards program if you end up coming here often. We are big fans of their Portuguese roasted chicken.

I called in to order my contact lenses and was grateful for Rose's help. She was so friendly and helpful. She gave me such a good price on my contact lenses and also mentioned to me about the in store promotion which gives me free points I can use for groceries. I love it! She truly made my day. Nice location with big parking lot. All checkouts are opened during weekends so no more than just 1 person before you. Some groceries better quality then rivals have, but for some fruits and veggies check other stores out regularly. Good selection of cheeses and sausages.

Friendly and patient, they were happy to help, gave me a free exam, and helped my spouse to get her lenses just right.
