Ramada by Wyndham Drumheller Hotel & Suites

Staff was great, room, pool and hotel in general was clean. Lots of towels, wifi was good, water in room was hot with strong pressure, a/c blew cold, breakfast was great. Kid had a blast on water slide. Very family friendly.Places to eat close by. Very satisfied with our stay.Will personally recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting the dino's.

Staff member who checked us in was rude and sarcastic. I showed up at 1:50pm and asked if my room was ready, would it be ok if I checked in a bit early as my son just finished his baseball camp. He pointed to a sign and said, check ins at 3. I came back at 4 and checked in and he was continually sarcastic and rude. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this unwelcome day a hotel. Very disappointing especially as a Wyndham rewards member

Had a great stay here for two nights (we were wishing we had booked a third night!) with my two kids for their spring break.Very friendly staff, very comfy beds and sizable rooms. The pool, hot tub and water slide were all awesome, my girls LOVED the slide. A big bonus was the free hot breakfast every morning -amazing. It definitely exceeded our expectations.I will have to buy some of those cereal dispensers for our own house, they were great. Added perk was the “in room coffee maker” being a Keurig. My kids loved being able to buy treats at the little concession beside the check in desk.Everything you might need is within walking distance (McDonald’s, gas station, AW, Boston Pizza, OSheas pub which I found out is kid friendly) and the hotel is in a great location to get to Royal Tyrell from there or the World’s Largest Dinosaur.We have already booked our next stay for later on this summer when we can come back with Dad/my husband. He had to work so missed out on the trip with us this time. Can’t wait to be back and show him everything!

Overall the hotel is great. The pool is nice and clean the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is great as well. The price point seems a bit to high though. The rooms are decent but carpets were warped and the rooms could use a little updating. Bathrooms were nice and clean and shower worked great.Super nice and accommodating for families as well even with small children.

Clean room, big and really fun pool with a slide. Good breakfast with lots of options. Water, coffee and tea available 24/7.Perfect place to stay with family!

Clean simple place. I had a 3 bed room for myself and the family 1 night. The breakfast included was very good. Large assortment of options with a pancake maker, scramble eggs and sausages, banana bread and other things. Good for a overnight visit.

The rooms were very clean. Great coffee for the keurig, a delicious dark roast. The breakfast attendant was so good. I think everyone in the hotel came for breakfast at the same time. She got us all fed. The pool is nice and warm with a fabulous slide. And although we didn't have a dog with us, this pet friendly hotel had lots staying here.

Overall not bad but the beds we had were stained and gross. I always pull back the sheets and these were DISGUSTING..room 220 btw. Should’ve asked for another room but hubby said don’t bother -he slept on the grossest one. Good location, close to everything we wanted to see. Pool was popular with the kids. The water slide is very dark in one spot because it’s totally enclosed. The pools deep, doesn’t have much of a shallow end.
