Randy is by far the most informative and knowledgeable realtor my family and I have worked with. He sold our home for 100k more than it was appraised for by the bank, and 25k over our listing price. Our home was built 30+ years ago and we thought it would be a hard sell since it required work due to it being in it’s original condition, but Randy was able to sell it with no renovations required by us. We are extremely please by Randy’s work ethic, his determination towards making his clients satisfied, and will continue to use him in the future.
