The team at SuRe InnoVations are great! They took the time to show me how to use the security system and the Savant system in my house!! I had a little trouble with some electrical and pow they were there fast to help me!! I watched as my electrical panel was opened up and was very impressed with how meet the wires were inside the box!!! They were even able to help me with a warranty issue on one of my TVs.This team is amazing at their jobs, I would highly recommend them for any work that you have. You will not be disappointed!

Tom and the team at Sure were able to design, install and commission a total AV solution for our space. The service level was amazing and the workers on site were self motivated to do the job right the first time in a well organized way. I appreciated being able to trust the systems design and installation with the SuRe team with almost no guidance or supervision required.

Steve and his crew are top notch. We did a retro-fit home automation on an existing platform, which can be tricky. They were responsive, professional and competent. The biggest thing for me is after service care and they definitely make sure that you are taken care of even after the job is done and make sure any niggles are smoothed out. Not the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for! I would recommend! My best wishes to them for continued success!

Moved to a new home in Saskatoon and wanted my TV wall mounted with no visible electronic equipment. SuRe did a thorough review of my needs and installed the Savant" system. Savant not only controls my main TV but also my Lutron lighting system outside. Very cool!With all of our TV's and systems largely wireless we did run into a bit of challenge with the WIFI providers system not being able to keep up causing intermittent signal disruptions. SuRe was very responsive to the issue and able to troubleshoot the problem. A solution was found with my systems now working flawlessly.I would certainly recommend SuRe Innovation and will continue to call on them for all of my home technology and equipment needs."

They are always available when you need them, whether you want to buy or troubleshoot(Special thanks to Riley--love the theme LED light he custom-ordered for me, and Tia for always reply my text even after work hours). Technicians are highly professional. The quote for some of the projects might be higher than they seem, but you get what you paid for—the flawless quality of the work and the premium product.

These guys are fantastic. When my control 4 crashed they reprogrammed a new router after troubleshooting and had me going in 1 day!! Thanks a lot Tom and crew!!

Additional services include our awesome music system.If we ever have a problem SuRe is ready quickly to come and help. But they can also fix some glitches remotely… a bonus.Their personnel are really engaged, knowledgeable,polite. They can explain things well so we understand more technical issues. It is evident they care about their service. We are happy !!!
