On two occasions I was charged for work not done on the car. The first time they ordered the wrong part, confirmed the proper part would cost 4 times more than the original estimate, so I said never mind, they charged me labour for ordering the wrong part. The second time after they supposedly repaired my car I had an inspection done at another garage and that is how I found out the repair was never done. I confronted them and they said sorry, we will fix it right away... maybe the piece came undone.. I filed a complaint with the Point S head office and they never followed up. Be very careful, they are thieves.

Booked appointment for a lowered vehicle alignment. Told the person when booking that the car is lowered to which he said there’s no problem. I showed up for my appointment, a shop employee took my car for a ride somewhere unknown - which is strange since the car is there for an alignment and that was it - and when the employee arrived, said that the car is too low to be put on the alignment machine.- wasted gas to get to the shop,- wasted 25 of time since the shop was running behind- employee took the car for a ride for no reasonWould not recommend...

Beware...My car was sent there for a repair following an impact. They refused to proceed with the repairs judging the ball joints were to be replaced due to normal wear. The repairs required were following a lateral impact for which the ball joints are not designed for. This being said, they could not do an alignment. Returned the car and expected me to pay from my pocket for the ball joints repairs.Luckily I am able to prove an alignment was done just a few month ago and thus proving the ball joints are shut due to the lateral impact and not due to normal wear. It's impossible and alignment would be done a few month ago and that the ball joint would be shut withing a short amount of time following a lateral impact and that that lateral impact wouldn't be the cause of the ball joint failing.This worries me a lot since it clearly proves that this garage has no understanding in impact mechanics and more specifically on ball joint following a lateral impact and lose all credibility. And if I was not able to prove this, it would be very hard to argue and I could end up paying hundreds of dollars without knowing any better.A garage should be a your advocate and should have the knowledge and experience in understanding what kind of tolerance parts have which I don't have for this location.Until I get through my insurance, I was given a car with ball joint problem which represent a road hazard and therefore I cannot use. And will make an official complain to the body shop referring this garage as well as I will also be emailing the Point S head office with this information.
