We have experienced the best help and support from this location, G. Figliomeni & Son's, you have made our bad luck so much easier with all your help. Driving from Edmonton, Alberta to Ottawa, Ontario pulling our travel trailer with our F150... and our water pump went... on a Friday end day! You all came to the rescue in no time, towed us to you and started working on the truck right away! With a little magic you were able to put our truck back on the road in les then 24 hours... the amazing people from this town are so welcoming and you guys even towed our trailer to a safe location for the night! We will be forever grateful and you made our bad luck turn into something amazing, we will never forget the town of Schreiber and how great the people are! Thank you!

I called them to get a tire change as they are, by what I was told, the only tow, tire change or boost service in town. I was stranded on the side of the road a kilometer away from their shop. They told me that it was too cold for them to go out at - 25C and that they were unable to boost their tow truck as it was too cold for it to start" even though they were in a shop and should have the equipment to do so. They refused to help me with finding another place in the next town over (Terrace Bay) that would come out and help and refused to provide a courier service (I had offered to pay) to come and get me off the side of the road in that weather. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend them even to my worst enemy."

Was traveling through and hit a snowstorm. We were barely in the ditch as the snow stopped us, and I have photos of where we were. I had coverage to get someone to pull us out at no cost, and an OPP officer stopped to help us (did not call them as we were fine and just needed pulled out). The officer offered to get someone out for us (approx 8-10kms) from the Ford location as the company I have offered to reimburse us if we had to pay out of pocket up to a certain amount, and the officer said that should be good. Because the officer called, they charged us MORE (which was confirmed by someone spoken to today) $350 for a Tow out and if we had called ourself, it would have been $250, all while we were in the car with my 11 year old, the person representing them, was cursing and swearing while attempting to pull us out. I do not understand the additional charge cause an officer called vs us. I had thought it was just a consideration the officer was doing (which I think was his intent) but completely insane that they charge more for something like that. I would have been fine with the $250, but an extra $100 is absolutely insane.

It took longer to get a part out of thunder bay, then it did for another part to come out of the USA. After 3 weeks, someone was in thunder bay and brought the part to the dealer. And the parts are marked way up. The rear driver side brake caliper complete assembly with bolts was $240 at Canadian Tire in Nipigon. The caliper section alone with no bolts was just under $300 dollars at the dealer. Had I known it was going to cost that much, I would have ordered vein Canadian Tire. Next time, I'll ask the price in advance and order from the lesser priced supplier. Canadian tire was next day delivery, the dealer was almost 2 weeks to get my part. And I never got a call to say my part was in. I had to make repeat trips to the dealer to know if my part was in or not.

This experience is like all of the others I have had with this Dealer. Superb! I feel like family each and every time I visit regardless the reason. Friendly, attentive to my needs and very helpful. I think I posted earlier that this is a family business. I always am made to feel I am part of the family when I take my vehicle for servicing. This trip required repairs from road damage and a recall. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I vote Amazing!" for this Ford Dealer/Service Centre."

My wheel near fell off about 40 minutes from Schreiber and CAA had me towed to this dealership. Saturday night and after hours they fixed me up quickly because everything is closed on Sundays around here. Charged me a fair rate for both the fix and to tow my trailer along with the car (my CAA didn't cover towing the trailer), not even extra for after close on a Saturday night. Everyone was so nice, a delight to deal with. Thank you.

I broke down in this town. These guys are amazing! They fixed my Chevy and got me back on the road for an extremely good price and within one business day. I am super thankful for everything they did for me and I highly recommend this place!
