Dr.Spink has been my family doctor since I was 1. This office makes you feel like your home.

They have been my family doctor my whole life.Ever since the pandemic happened they are AWFUL! I can’t even schedule an appointment. They are always closed... they are one of the worst clinics right now! I can’t believe it.I’m upset.

When I call their phone is either busy, or gives a message that we are closed (during usual hours) or the customer you are calling is unavailable. This is no way to run a doctors office. Please man the phones properly and try better customer service.

Every time I call it goes through a long message giving all different numbers to call for certain things. At the end it say thank and hangs up. No one there to take a call for make an appointment or just ask a simple question in regards to were do you go for blood work.

Dr. Archibald and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My family feels safe in their capable hands. Thankyou Brookdale Family Clinic.

Every time we call during the office's stated hours the phone recording confirms the hours, then after states the office is closed without explanation during those hours today". Or we're sent to to a line that is never answered."

The doctors here are great but this office hardly answers the phones, calls back or follows up with anything. You’ll be playing a never ending game of tag to try and get a hold of them, and you’ll have to ask numerous times for simple things like a prescription refill

Had an appointment to see Dr. Neville at 3:45 in the afternoon. Waited there for an hour until a nurse came out and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Whether an emergency popped up and he didn't have the professionalism to take a few seconds and explain that to his patients that were waiting or just being behind I will not be going back there for him. Only reason I had an appointment with Dr. Neville was because my family doctor, Dr. Miller, was off. Completely disrespectful

This review isn't directly related to my family Doctor who is Dr dobyns but rather to another Doctor that I saw as a result of a reference. This other Doctor took an ex-ray of my left foot last week at the wound clinic. The result of the x-ray showed a foreign object in my foot that has caused according to the Doctor an infection which had to be dealt with immediately. To that end the Doctor was on the phone when I left the Hospital trying I assumed to get the proper surgeon to expedite and operation. Imagine my surprise when my appointment was scheduled for day Friday the 13th at 2:15 pm because according to all involved (excluding me), there was (NO INFECTION), therefore I could wait another week until I saw this other Doctor. Last night March 12th more than a full week after seeing the referenced Doctor, I took a picture of my non-infected" area and went to the hospital to have it looked at after my wife urged me because it definitely shows an infection as it has always shown it even after more than 5 months. My wife and I have been extremely happy with Dr Dobyn's work since becoming her patients. She regularly goes above and beyond to help us.If any of the nurses read this

The Doctors and nurses here are wonderful. We are never left in the waiting room long. Highly recommend this clinic.
