Block Auto Towing

Dwayne is the man. Saved me twice in one day when my Ontario block heater-less car could not start. Every time I called he came by in minutes like Superman :))Gave me great advice and now me and my car can handle this weather better. Thank you!

Without Block Towing my honeymoon would have been ruined. Our car was stuck in a remote location, and not only did Block Auto Towing save us they went above and beyond with customer service helping us the whole way. I could not recommended Block Auto Towing more. Don't trust me? Break down near Jasper and see for yourself!

I helped a stranded traveller whose pick up’s transmission gave out on hwy 93 in the middle of nowhere. No cell service. I told this traveller I would contact a tow company for him as he couldn’t. Got service at Colombia Icefield and call Block. Passed on contact information including what they would need. Dispatcher said they were on it. Okay. Stranded traveller looked after. Well drive all the way to Jasper and met no tow truck so decided to call and to see how things are going. Never mentioned when we were first spoke that he was dealing with other jobs. Fair enough but say that when you first take the call!!!! Talk about lack of business skill. Should have known this place was pathetic when the answer the phone ‘towing’. I wouldn’t spend a penny with this business. Call Jasper Towing as they actually came up with a plan. Block, maybe take a step back and get into another line of work. Some people depend on services like yours.

Our rental car had a flat tire just outside of Jasper town. They rental company told us it would be 6 hours for a car tow/exchange. We called Block Auto Towing, and were informed that there was already waiting for a tow. Despite not having availability, Dwayne came out to check-in on us. His help ensured we could atleast get to Jasper Town rather than being stuck in the middle of nowhere for 6 hours. Dwayne's kindness made our day!

Had car trouble, called AMA and after a while they put us in touch with Dwayne. He came out and knew exactly what the problem was. Quick fix and we were back in our way. Call Dwayne if you need a knowledgeable and practical car mechanic.

Our truck failed suddenly in Jasper. Block Auto tower the truck to Hinton then came back and towed our trailer to Hinton for us. Timely, professional service from some friendly guys. Thanks for the assist.

My Co-Worker and I got our Cube Truck stuck at the transfer station on a Icy Hill and we dug ourselves a deep hole and we couldn't get out! He came very quickly , like 15 min , was professional and friendly. He got us freed in a jiffy and sent us on our way. Thanks!!!

My vehicle won't start because of the cold weather. I called AMA to get a boost and this company was sent out to help me. They came after 4 hours of waiting and told me that it's not gonna start so I should go back to where I'm staying and they will call me after 10 to 15 mins. I patiently waited for their call but it did not happen so I decided to call them to ask what happened. They said that it won't start and that if I needed a tow it's gonna be for tomorrow. What a waste of a day! These people do not know what customer service means. They do not value other people's time. This company is very unprofessional. Do not consider this company for any service. I'm pretty sure that they just came out here to collect money from AMA even when there's no service provided.
