I used to work at one of the Bentall buildings and I absolutely loved getting cookies from here during my breaks. Most of the flavors I've tried were phenomenal and I wish they had another location that isn't downtown (especially now that many people work from home and don't go dt anymore) so I could get some more. Customer service isn't the best (the middle-aged Chinese lady can be rude sometimes - and don't call me racist because I'm half Chinese lol.) Anyway, I decided to leave this review just now because I just realized how hard it is to find cookies this good! I tried several others recently and they cannot compare. If you're in the area, try some of their cookies for sure!

Received a box of their cookies as a gift. They were truly delicious. Never had them before and now I am hooked! Tried different varieties and they were all soft and very, very tasty.

Nostalgia at best. Remember being a kid and getting a milk chocolate chunk cookie and it being the best treat? I still crave this cookie and I am in my mid-thirties. If I am in town, I'll travel across the city just to get me a milk chocolate chunk cookie!

Cookies are great tasting. Cannot argue with yummy cookies. I find it relatively expensive for me personally (12pc is $25-26 or $2.75 per cookie). Not sure if it's priced that way because it's downtown. When I asked for a box instead of the paper bags (because the oil seeps through), they said they would charge me $1.25 which is basically half of the price of another cookie. Otherwise, would recommend to others.

I got two cookies, one was a classic chocolate chip and the other was macadamian nut. The fillings on both were barely nothing on them, like they spread it with a butter knife. I used get these cookies from West Edmonton Mall and they were filled to the brim, the best cookies ever! I went back to let the store operator know and she mentioned that’s how they get them from cookies by George, if that is the case I will not be going back to any location. Shame to have a good thing go from 10/10 to 0.

Quick service, cookies were soft.Bought their cappuccino cookies here and it has no cappuccino flavour whatsoever. Looks like someone missed a step when making this lol. I've had the cappuccino cookies at other cookies by George locations around Canada and noticed these were missing the dusting but figured the cookie itself should still have some coffee in them and oh how sad I was to find out I was wrong :(.I'll come back and try again another time. Was probably just an off day
