Aura Design

My experience was overall good. However, they did not follow what I specifically asked especially for my bridal bouquet I payed so much and did not negotiate the price and I still got something different from what I asked for. It was still beautiful but with different flowers type and color shades than what I asked and showed them. but overall professional team and nice to talk to. but, they don't answer emails fast response time in like 3 weeks after you send your email. That made me a bit upset during my preparation. I would have liked more reassurance that I will get exactly what I had in mind and that did not happen as I said for the bridal bouquet I was disappointed. I wish they will work on their channel of communication better.

I ordered flowers from Aura for my father's funeral. We got compliments all day. The arrangements were beyond beautiful. I thank Grace for her patience and attention to detail. The displays are truly breathtaking. Aura Design offers quality luxury flowers. I will be sure to order from them for future occasions!

After speaking with many florist for our wedding we ended the search as soon as we Met Grace and Rana from Aura, they had way to make us feel at ease with everything and really comforted us. They absolutely took all the stress away from my wife and the final product they developed and produced was perfect and exceeded all expectations. They were present the day of the wedding setting everything up not just the flowers making sure everything was perfect. We really appreciate them and couldn't be happier with our decision. We celebrated our wedding this past Saturday and we were completely blown away. The floral arrangements were breathtaking!!! From our first meeting to the final days before our wedding, Rana and Grace were there every step of the way. Their professionalism and and creativity go beyond measure. Absolutely amazing! They did a gorgeous job at my wedding last year and I have used them for 2 other family weddings since then. I also have friends that have worked with them for numerous events and had a great experience with them. Grace offers the most amazing arrangements and gives you exactly what you want. She considers your budget and your needs unlike other florists. She is also very generous with her work and really likes to make your event special. To top it off she was the nicest and most professional of eall the vendors used at these weddings. They were the most stress free people to work with during all our family events. I would recommend her to each and every person I know!
