We knew we wanted to work with Jessica Spillas and so we were introduced to the amazing team at Fox Marin through her. Between April and November 2022, Jessica diligently and enthusiastically sent us house listings, and her and Reuben took us on countless house tours all over the city. We also ended up selling our condo with Jessica, and Kathy and Olivia, in July of 2022. Jessica and the whole team always checked in and made sure we were comfortable and listened to. Working with Jessica always felt so collaborative and like we were a team together, working towards a shared goal. Although house hunting in 2022, and also condo selling in the summer of 2022, were not easy, Jessica remained steadfast, optimistic and devoted. She assured us that we would find our dream home, and she was right! My family and I never felt pressured into anything. In a span of 10 years, I purchased 3 properties and sold each one with a different realtor; with each of these previous transactions, I never once felt that the agent truly advocated for me, nor did I fully trust their expertise, leaving me with a sense of doubt long after the deal closed.
