Karen was so extremely wonderful and helpful. We thought we had to pierce my wife’s ears because they closed up but they helped us show that they were in fact open and didn’t even charge us. I brought my daughter to get her ears pierced yesterday and it was the best customer service I’ve ever received. I had called the day before and was given misinformation about appointments so I walked in. I spoke with Karen who told me that wasn’t the case but still accommodated and ended up doing the ear piercing. She was honestly the nicest person, very polite and fast. Thank you so much for making my babies experience the best and for accommodating us

We went for our daughter’s ear piercing. It was super busy; though we got work done at the appointment slot, but the questions/concerns we had were answered in a rush.Few days later our daughter took out her earrings in sleep and they Claire’s gladly inserted the earring back. It wasn’t super busy early morning so it was all good!

Brought my 6 month old in to get her ears pierced last weekend. Channel helped us out. I was extremely pleased with how professional, courteous, easy to talk to and patient she was. Even though our appointment was nearing the end of her shift, she never once rushed us. She even waited patiently to cash me out while I browsed the store afterwards. It was a very pleasant experience overall and she provided us with world class customer service. You can truly see she genuinely enjoyed helping us out. Keep up the great work!!

I took my baby daughter to get her ears pierced, it was a lovely experience... Joan was so gentle and patient, baby girl went right back to sleep after. It's been a week and no complaints or irritation on the piercing. Thank you Joan.

Menzie and Karen are rock stars.My daughter 13 yrs old had her ears pierced. Karen's up beat personality during a super busy time was amazing. She took the time to explain everything to my daughter and made it a very happy experience. Menzie did the other ear at the same time as Karen.When my daughter stood up and walked away she was standing in line with me and got very pale and light headed. Menzie the amazing person she was made sure my daughter was ok and went and bought her a water. She even paid for it out of her pocket at the near buy store. I felt bad I didn't have the toonie cash to return. Menzie stayed with my daughter and Karen also continued to poke her head to see how she was while still ringing in customers.Thank u menzie and Karen for a awesome job. We attended on boxing day lol very crazy busy but that never impacted their service and professionalism at all. Here we are 1 month later and no issues, no infections, healed nicely.My other daughter wants to now get hers done so we will definitely be returning.
