I stood and waited alone 10 minutes to check out my two items while two available employees (including management) ignored me. I asked to check out my two items twice and was told I would be helped in a moment. Finally an employee slowly sauntered out from the office to check me out ( with a mask that had slipped off her nose ) and when I asked a question about the product she casually replied, I don't know check the box ." As someone who has worked in customer service I was greatly disappointed by the blatant disregard for my time."

Super convenient! I love this place. We get all of our electrical supplies here, and there's hardly been a time when they don't have what we need. The front staff are all inviting and helpful, and their month end billing is an awesome addition that many places don't offer.The prices are better than retail (obviously) but I find they can be inconsistencies at times. Overall, I would seriously recommend this place for any electrical supply needs.
