I usually don’t write reviews but this builder is the worse builder my family has dealt with. We have had experience with different builders In the past and they were all very pleasant experience till we decided to purchase a home at bellaireshores in Innisfil from this builder. First of all these houses are very bad quality and over priced. If you were considering to purchase a home, you better stay away from this family of builders. Only thing these builders see from the customers are $$ signs. My family has experienced a worse house buying experience. Once you sign an agreement to purchase and give your deposit, they will try to squeeze every hard earned penny from you instead of treating you like a customer. If you need extra few days to close, they see it as an opportunity to make as much money as possible to satisfy their greed. They were rushing and making customers take possession of homes that are barely finished to avoid paying any delayed compensation and to meet the closing dates. Glad I brought from a different builder in alcona which was a very pleasant experience as they understand when customers buy a home it’s one of the largest investment we make And make sure the customers are very happy. Other builders in the area offer much better quality build for the price you pay I have talked to few other people who bought at this subdivision and not very happy with the quality.

Purchasing a home with Pristine was an easy and overall excellent experience. Great homes and lovely finishes! From the very beginning, the team in the sales office made sure my husband and I understood what we were purchasing and explained the extras in a clear and concise manner. Everyone with whom I spoke was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous, and they followed up with me as promised. On the day of closing, the Pristine team made it easy for us to move in right away. Any minor items that you would get when moving into a new home were taken care of immediately and with great care and detail. They exceeded our expectations with the ease of scheduling work for items that were listed on our Tarion forms and took care of them in a timely and professional manner. A big thanks goes out to the entire team!

We bought the house at Millbrook , the area is very nice and quiet. The house is very beautiful. Some small issues as regular new home .But the builder is taken care of the problems. I just spend the first winter and the traffic was good. Driving in winter time to 401 took 15 to 20 minutes from home and the HWY 115 is better clean than 401

I had terrible experience with prestine.Up till you buy the house from them they treat you nice and well but once it comes to the final stage in closing this builder will treat extremely bad. I had a issue with my lender where I couldn't close on that day and called the lenders to just help with with one extra day but there answer was talk to our lawyer we cant help you. They don't even treat like a human beings. They charged us huge amount of money and did not have the courtesy to call us and let us know. We had to find out from out lawyer. It was so difficult to deal with this builder. I would never buy another house from this builder nor would I recommend anyone else.

I know the owner Rob personally. In the past i was working as a flooring service techician and i saw how he treats his customers and i have to say he is the best. I recently purchased a home at Belle shore and i can not be happier. The house has absolutely perfect layout and the finishes are just amazing. Highly recommend Pristine homes .

Few problems at the beginning but all issues was dealt with and I am completely satisfied. The construction office acted swiftly whenever there was a issue with the house. Great community and friendly neighbours. Special thank you to Niki. The commute is not bad..

I had been looking at a number of different developments in the ‘Golden Horseshoe’ area and became aware of Pristine Homes.Having visited their model homes, I was impressed with the use of space in the floor plans and the level of quality finishes offered.Everyone I spoke was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous and followed up with me as promised.Not being able to wait for the next phase to be released, I have since purchased elsewhere, but would definitely buy from this builder in the future.

We bought one of their model homes because we really liked the house and the features and how it looked.At the time, we knew nothing about Pristine and just assumed they were like any other builder, expect nothing and don't be disappointed.I was so wrong, Pristine and Niki specifically were amazing to work with.Niki is a gem, if I were the owners I'd make sure she never leaves.Very responsive, helped us with every little detail and even saved us a lot of money on a few bigger items even though it wasn't their fault.Looking back at our decision to buy from them, I can't stress enough how happy we are.
