Whoever worked morning shift today is incredibly rude. no greeting at the counter, tried making small talk, he wasn’t having it. Talked down to me, made me feel very unwelcome in the store.

I live nearby and have often purchased the bottles labelled 'staff picks', both wines and specialty beer. I've never been disappointed, thanks for the great recommendations!!

Just went there after having dinner with my family at a restaurant nearby. A young guy checked us out, when we double checked the price with him, he told us “numbers never lie” and asked if we need the calculator!!! Extremely rude, disrespectful and racist. He really ruined our Sunday night.

Employees need training on how to be polite and social. Rather than passive aggressive with a superiority complex. Theres a reason why most of their reviews in the last year are negative.

TOP MARKS.I’ve been a customer here for 10 years. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, good hours and amazing selection of beers, wines, spirits and specialty items.If you’re lucky, they’ll have a few cigars on hand too.Point system is a nice add on as well.Tell ‘em SPOKE sent you.
