Mark sold me a used cart. The first summer I used it a little as I had just moved. They stored it for the winter. When I got it back the batteries wouldn't hold a charge and the rear tires kept going flat. I thought it my my lack of knowledge, never having owned one before. I kept trying to charge it till I finally called Mark and his answer was it's two years old now. We came to me paying for new batteries and him putting two more 'used' tires on the back. Again they stored it for the winter. I went out to take my grandchildren for a ride yesterday and my rear tire is flat. I called Mark, he says I will have to buy new tires. Two years of aggravation, replace batteries, now replace tires. I DEFINATELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MASTERS. I might as well have purchased a new one to start with. I feel like I have been defrauded. In response to Masters saying they can't be responsible for used carts they sell, this cart was in their care for both the winters involved. This cart was used no more than a TOTAL of ten hours, and I'm being generous, over the two years I had it. Most of the time it wouldn't work. It hasn't seen a golf course, it's for my grandchildren when they come to visit they love me to take them out for a ride on it. No sir, what you speak is false and fraudulent. You ripped me and my grandchildren off. I will not come to you for any MORE of your discounts". You took my money

This company was great to deal with. We rented a golf cart to tour a visitor at the university and their customer support team, particularly Maddy and Jason, made the day and process absolutely flawless. We will absolutely use Masters Golf Carts again.

I purchased a used golf cart. Sale person was great and ensured me that if there were any issues with it they were there to help.

Could not figure out why the golf cart would not go forward. They fixed it up no problem and at a reasonable price. Always get my parts here as well. Good guys who know what they are doing!!

I purchased a Club Cart from Master's in 2021. The batteries died over the winter as they were left outside and I didn't trickle charge them. Nothing I could do was making them charge. I was in the process of buying $2,000 in new replacement batteries when the Master's rep stopped the sale (after I had paid) and advised me of the trick to re-charge my cart (boosting it off another electric cart to get the charger to work). He saved me $2,000 (he could have easily just sold me new batteries). So - I love these guys. Great products and honest as the day is long.
