Outstanding customer service! The way things used to be. Bob Reiger went above and beyond. Took the time to demonstrate the sewing part needed. Nice to be treated this way and knowing your business is appreciated even though it was an inexpensive item .

I'd been looking for rather obscure motor brushes from the manufacturer, and online... and had not been able to find any. I tried a couple of motor shops, with no luck. I walked into D&R, showed them what I was looking for, and within a couple of minutes, I had a couple of replacements in my hand. I couldn't be happier.

I had a broken power head and decided to stop by D&R to see if they could fix or if they had a new on for purchase. Chuck was at the counter when I came in and immediately went to work on investigating the power head. Chuck and Josh were able to troubleshoot and repair within just a few hours! The customer service was top notch!

D&R Vacuum and Sewing Centre just transferred 28 of my old VHS tapes on to a flash drive. Wonderful, friendly and fast service! These old tapes go back 30 years and now I can share them with a simple click. Thank you, Chuck for helping me preserve my memories.

Very rude service, the woman at the sewing counter was rude and dismissive about the vacuum bags my husband and I came in looking for, told us she couldn’t help us, well of course she couldn’t, she didn’t know anything about the vacuum bags! Fine, of course, but she didn’t point us to someone who did, just looked at us like we were stupid for asking her. Absolutely not helpful at all. I’m giving 3 stars because on the second trip to this business we actually were able to speak to someone who knew what we were looking for and left with the bags we wanted.

Wow I was blown away by the service I received yesterday from Josh! I wanted to buy a new vacuum and had done a little looking elsewhere specially at the Miele brand. Josh was so thorough and so knowledgeable I would have bought two of I needed them!!

On May12th, I was in the middle of sewing a quilt for a wedding shower, when my Jamone Memory Craft 8900 QCP started skipping stitches. I called Bob and he told me to bring it in. Bob and Angel identified the problem and fixed it while I waited. Great service like this is why D & R is the only place that I would recommend for buying sewing machines. I have bought 3 sewing machines from Bob over the last 20 years.
