I have nothing but amazing things to say about Mitchell & Jewell! The customer service is awesome, they truly go above and beyond for their customers. My fiancé and I were having an issue with the wedding band we picked out for him - the ring ended up having to be sent back to the manufacturer twice as we were not happy with it and they gladly took care of it with no questions asked. They are so easy to deal with and worked hard to figure out a solution for us. We have bought multiple items from there and they are all so beautiful and high quality! We will definitely be continuing to patronize their business and recommending them to everyone!

When we were talking about engagement, my husband and I knew we would go to Mitchell and Jewell because they are a wonderful local and family owned business that provides the best service and quality. The follow up services after purchase has also blown me away! I have interacted with all the front staff there and they are all super knowledgeable and helpful. Lucy and Wendy gave me guidance on soldering my rings and I’m so happy I listened to them! I couldn’t recommend Mitchell and Jewell enough. Thank you!

I purchased my wife's engagement ring there over a year and a bit ago. Stellar service and great selection. They did a great job in creating what I was after. She was insanely happy! Also, we got our wedding bands there and again, great selection and better service. Just recently I took an old ring from my grandfather in to be resized. They nailed it. Got it back, so shiny and polished I've never seen it like that before. Great place to go for any of your jewelry needs! Highly recommend.

Cannot say enough good things about Mitchell and Jewell! Not only do they have amazing staff, but their selection and quality was second to none. From the first time I went in to try on engagement rings, Erika was helpful, friendly, patient and so knowledgeable. Months later she had remembered all the aspects of what I liked in a ring, and then helped my fiancé have a ring made at the store, that encompassed all my wishes. It turned out so perfect because of her attention to details and care. We will be back to pick out wedding bands! Thank you for all your help.

Absolutely great experience. I purchased an engagement ring over a year ago and had amazing service. They were very kind, caring and waited me out to finally make a decision. We ended up purchasing our wedding bands from Mitchell & Jewell as well and were treated to the same experience. When we received the rings my wife's fit perfectly but mine was off, it was not their error, as I had requested the size. Sean quickly resolved the sizing issue and we couldn't be any happier. I'll trust Mitchell & Jewell with my future jewellery purchases!

They have great warranty policies, friendly staff, and good discounts if you get both your engagement ring and wedding bands there. I had a great experience with customizing my wedding band as well!

Mitchell and Jewell is absolutely wonderful. After having a terrible experience at Artistry In Gold in Red Deer, we headed to Mitchell and Jewell and they provided my elderly Aunt and I with wonderful service. They were patient, helpful and the finished product was amazing. Thank you!

My son and I went to the store yesterday to fix my husband chain. The ladies were awesome, very personable, price was awesome, chain was fixed perfectly. Amazing place. Amazing staff. Would highly recommend, service you don’t see every day.
