CC Lock N Key
*I contacted cc lock n key to get a fob made for my vehicle. They arrived without the proper fob. We rescheduled and while working on the key for the fob the key was damaged it's been over a year struggling to get him to answer calls or messages to come back with the replacement key. He has promised several times to come by and never has. I'm still without a key for my vehicle. It's unfortunate I have not been able to resolve this it's issue. Would not recommend this company.

So I wrote a previous review which still holds true. Today I try to unlock the door fully and it won't stay unlocked. I hadn't had this problem until I used this company. So I call him and tell him that after he unlocked our door that it won't stay unlocked now. He came out quickly too look at it. Again, he's great with time. But then he fixes it and asks for $95 while im speaking with a customer. I tell him we didn't have a problem with the door before. So he starts yelling for payment in front of customers in my store. I respond back with a firm tone saying we had no problem but we will give him payment. He continues to yell after we get a card out to hand to him. I dont know how this man is still in business because he's extremely unprofessional. We spent a total of $215 to have our door unlocked and then fixed from him breaking it. I would rather wait outside for hours for a better locksmith than have his speedy service.

My front door was in desperate need of a new handle set with a dead bolt that didn't stick. I contacted CC Lock N Key and John came out the same day to do the installation. John was prompt, courteous and completed the job quickly. For the first time in eleven years, I don't need to lean into the door to unock the deadbolt. John was also kind enough to make two extra keys n/c. Great job.

Shortly before 5p I stepped out the sliding door and the dog I am watching for a friend managed lock the door behind me. My two little dogs were inside as well. I called several other places that were closer to my home, but no one else answered their phones. By the time I called John he could hear the panic in my voice. He arrived quickly and his price was fair. I couldn't have asked for better service.

John was recommended by another locksmith. Came out right away on Saturday and took care of it quick. Can't comment on price since I didn't shop around, but I didn't hesitate. Being recommended by a fellow professional and competitor is high praise and John deserved it. Nice guy, too. Highly recommended.

I have unfortunately had to use several different locksmiths in several different states.This company by far is the BEST!!! Every company in the past always was very late getting there and took at least 30 min to get my doors unlocked. CC got there 20 min ahead of time and got my doors unlocked in less than 5 min. It was a great relief due to me being 9 months pregnant on top of all it and I also still made it on time to my doctors appointment. They will be the first and only company I will use from here on out. I highly recommend this company to everyone and thank them for a great experience.Sincerely,A very satisfied customer.

John was very professional, courteous and very comfortable having in my home. He replied quickly to my request to re-key locks. He also recommended additional security deadbolt locks which I gladly had him install. I would recommend his services to everyone. Moving into a new place is always stressful, but having John install the locks around my busy schedule was the easiest thing I had to do. Thank you John,DJ

I called CC Lock n Key at 8 pm on a Friday after an awful experience with another locksmith company. John headed right over, was extremely professional and had very competitive pricing. He was professional and quick. I will 100% be recommending him to anyone in the area that’s looking for a locksmith!
