WORST SECURITY SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED!!1am at night I was stuck with my 9yr old boy in a horrible situation at RBC convention centre (Winnipeg) and the lady who called herself as a security guard should be ashamed of herself. She was so rude and unprofessional. Just ignored our situation and cared least about us.

New management staff is extremely unprofessional. They don’t give a heck to their employees. No one ever answer the phone calls or emails as if there isn’t anyone working in the office. It’s getting ridiculous day by day.

I had an absolutely distasteful experience with Devarshi Shah (field manager). He calls himself Dave. Very condescending, berates staff and unfairly questions their competence. Dave blames staff for things they did not do. Dave refuses to be put accountable.

At 810 pm tonight one of their guards harassed me in public in a parking lot. From across the street the villain parked his car and watched me. So fearing a racial attack I used a different door to my apartment. This is unacceptable behavior. Harassing me on a public street. Shameful and disgustng.

We had such a horrible experience at RBC convention centre at 1am in the night. The person on security desk was the most rude human being ever met. Absolutely not helpful. I wonder how do they justify their job as a security guard.
