The Carlisle

The Carlisle is a great building to live in. The front desk staff are lovely (special shout out to Ginny!) and it is relatively quiet and very clean. Great location as well.

Carlisle, building is one of the best places I have lived in, with most of the amenities and your needs are within walking distance. The staff of the building are amazing they are so friendly and helpful especially Ms.Ginny Mr.Adian and Mr.Mark. Ms.Jayda also Mr. Andrews from the other building.I will miss this place:(:( so much.

Genny has been a godsend during our move. She is amazing, professional, friendly and always with a greeting and a smile.Mark made friends with our dog when he came to fix the tub. He was professional, respectful and awesome with our excited boxer. He asked if he could give her a treat and when I said if she is calm, he made her sit before he gave her the treat. He has a friend for life.

The Carlisle is a clean and well-managed property in an excellent location in downtown Ottawa. Ginny, Čedo, Marc and the rest of the staff ensure the residents feel at home and are ready to assist at all times. The residents are friendly and quiet and pets are welcome. An LRT station is a block away and soon there will be many more amenities as residential development continues to improve the neighbourhood.

I loved living here for a year between moving from one home to another. The amenities were mostly closed when I was there (COVID) but the concierges (especially Ginny and Cedric) were always helping receive my mail and packages, and even facilitated key drop-off for family visiting from out of town. I recommend getting a south-facing unit, the views are gorgeous and your plants will love it!

Loving the Carlisle so far! Especially happy with Mark and the team of people who take care of the building - friendly, professional, and super quick to address any issues.

The Carlisle has been a great place for me and my partner to live - we’ve lived in 2 different units now and both have had impressive upgraded fixtures. The walls in the building are very solid, & I almost never hear the neighbours. The layout of the 2 bedroom is large and has a ton of natural light, especially if you face west or south.The staff at the building are always very kind and welcoming. Ginny, Ceto and Mark have all made our experience at the Carlisle positive. Its nice seeing a friendly face when you go downstairs, and they are quick to help address any issues that arise or help with elevator bookings, or to give guidance on any of the building amenities. Any unit maintenance issues are addressed very quickly, often within a day.The location is hard to beat as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Carlisle for downtown living :)

We moved last September into a new 2B/2B unit. Around December/January, we notice a leak from the shower of the second bathroom. Even when it took some time to find the source of the problem, the people working at the property have been stellar (Marc, Ginny, and some contractors like Scott). Now it is all sorted and we are enjoying the great views and services the building provides.

Only moved in to the Carlisle a month ago, but so far so good! 2 bedroom, renovated unit- lots of space, great kitchen and really nice natural light, especially in the morning with an east facing unit.Included access to the gym/pool/sauna across the street at Minto Place is a nice plus.Ginny (concierge) and Marc (super) have been super helpful, always friendly and accommodating.Location is great with lots of the downtown within easy walking distance and easy access to bike paths. Living at the Carlisle has been great so far.
