I went for removal of dipping powder and then regular polish replacement. I was surprised that she chose to remove all the dipping powder with the machine since it's so abrasive on the nail, but she was fairly careful. Then she used a coarse nail file on top of the nail, leaving it badly damaged with deep lines. I thought it was a buffer or I'd have stopped her sooner. No base coat was used, and even with two coats of regular polish and a top coat you can still see the deep lines in my nail.She also cut my finger with the nail clippers but it wasn't a bad cut.I already have very weak nails and am so frustrated at the time it's going to take to grow out thick nails again.

Do not get any type of removal from this salon. They used a medium to coarse nail bit on the drill at a high speed (8-9) and severely damaged my natural nail bed. They are supposed to use a fine bit on low speed (2-3) when working on the natural nail. It was burning and I could tell they were rushing and did not care about the health of their clients nails. My nail bed has deep ridges were I see the technician was very rough, and now my nails are paper thin. Never coming back again

The worst manicure I have done. The staff cut my figure and leave at the middle of the manicure.... waited for 30 mins to let her finish the others pedicure
