I've been a client at Pegasus since February of this year. I have dealt primarily with Lloyd but have had some interaction with the entire team and I'd be hard pressed to find a more caring, compassionate, experienced and dedicated team of recovery professionals. The team at Pegasus Recovery Solitions has been an integral and invaluable part of my recovery. I started as a client at Pegasus almost 3 years ago, and they’ve been a form of support for me through my entire journey of recovery. From the beginning stages of being clean and sober, to facing the difficulties that life inevitably brings; the team at Pegasus has always been there to help me along the way. I’ve dealt primarily with Lloyd through my time at Pegasus, and can honestly say there isn’t any other councillor I’d consider seeing in the field. Pegasus is always the first place I recommend to people who ask me who to go to for professional help. The thing I appreciate most about being a client at Pegasus is that I feel genuinely cared for, and always get treated like more than just a client. Pegasus has been an irreplaceable part of my long term recovery.

As a professional with over a decade of experience working in the field of addiction recovery I have had the opportunity to experience many therapeutic programs for healing addictions. It is my opinion that the Intensive Outpatient Program at Pegasus Recovery Solutions, under the leadership of IOP Director, Lucy Price, is unparalleled. It is clear that the staff, all of whom are in recovery themselves, care deeply about the success and recovery of their clients. I am grateful to be able to confidently recommend the Intensive Outpatient Program at Pegasus to my Recovery Coaching clients when seeking a holistic (outpatient-based) higher level of care for substance use disorders. The program content is educational, trauma-focused, and evidence-based. The IOP facilitation style is engaging, welcoming, and motivating. The structure is balanced yet rigorous enough so one may attain long-term recovery while remaining at home and tending to the needs of daily living and family obligations. I have heard many stories from those who have walked through the doors of Pegasus who have managed to find a life of endless possibilities - in recovery - as a result.

Pegasus has been a big part of my recovery and learning to live a happy and healthy life in recovery. They welcome you at your lows with empathy and understanding, providing solid support to help you work your program. I worked mainly with Lloyd but have had the fortune of many of the staff being involved in my recovery and am grateful everyday that they helped me work through my shame, come to understand myself and embrace my life's journey to appreciate the person that I am and will continue to be with the tools they helped me to put in place and practice every day. I can now feel all of my feelings including happiness and joy.I have tried many of their different programs/tools as they try to find the best support for you throughout your recovery as long as you are willing to put in the time and effort.

My experience at Pegasus has/continues been nothing short of amazing. For someone like me who’s been in primary care Before the continuation was crucial to my success and development. The outpatient program was very suitable not only to understanding more about my illness but also being able to put into practical use day in and day out as I came and went. I personally think it’s great for someone who it is their first time seeking help or as a continuum of recovery. I have had the privilege , of experiencing CBT, counselling and therapy there and I continuing to do so as I need it. The staff truly care I can say from first hand experience and have been a big part of saving my life.. I’ve had a fair bit of experience in different treatments or programs and not only what I’ve learned from Pegasus has helped me but it’s really nice to have people that genuinely care and have a passion for wellness.Thanks Guys!

I completed 6 months of Pegasus's aftercare following my time at a residential treatment centre. Pegasus was essential to me in integrating back into society while managing my new life in recovery. In my aftercare group I made life long connections with brothers in recovery and my counsellor went above and beyond which helped me navigate through the difficult stages of early recovery. Pegasus was a vital part of my journey which I owe my life and would highly recommend to anyone who is in the darkness of addiction and looking for the light. I now have many years of sobriety and this is how I got my start.

The staff at Pegasus Recovery Solutions are truly doing life saving work. Their knowledge and insights into the realm of addiction and the issues that surround it are extensive, and their communications skills suited to any audience. They are an extremely supportive team, are always in your corner giving you tools, techniques and resources to help you grow beyond your condition. I went through their IOP program and it has given me a new chance at life. I learned about my addiction, and as importantly about how to lead my recovery and do the work on myself in order to have a healthy life. From the time I completed my in-take with Sue, through the eight (8) week intensive in patient care programme, and all the way within the 44 x week continuing care programme, I was treated with humility, grace, love, compassion, and care.I have the utmost respect for Pegasus staff; lead by Lucy as our facilitator. I was 'on the fence' as to whether or not an in-patient facility or an out-patient tratement programme was 'for me' but after some careful interviewing at nearby in-patient facilities and discussion with both Sue and Lucy, I came to realize it was the smartest and most soul searching move I could have chosen. I have nothing but high praise for Lucy in her manner, her demeanor, he delivery and her leadership in helping me find the solutions to y own recovery which were within myself-already.I cannot recommend enough, the decision to act within my recovery, than with Pegasus. If there is ever an inkling of 'do I think I may have an issue with XYZ and has it cause my life to become unmanageable in any way?'-then this facilitated care program is for you' but willingness on your end is the only buy-in to the leadership that Pegasus provides. For the amount of $$ required versus the outcomes (with some individual work to be done; lead by Pegasus staff)--I have not herad of or encountered a stronger or more capable recovery programme than Pegasus.*************I am in my fourth year, as of January-February 2023, of continued weekly participation, with Pegasus, and their facilitators in my recovery pathway. I think i’m probably one of the longest tenured aftercare clients for Pegasus as far as I’m aware.I am thoroughly grateful and appreciative to the integrated and holistic services that Pegasus offers, as always led by Sue (and her more-than -capable staff), who are loving and devoted to each one of our idiosyncrasies and issues. By continuing on, even within my fourth year, of Pegasus and it’s after care programme, I am able to be present, and show up for myself,those around me who depend on me, and (all the while) keeping on my own spiritual pathway; which includes weekly group facilitated sessions.The staff within Pegasus are always willing to go the extra mile, they actively listen and participate in each of our recovery pathways. I will always sing the praises of Pegasus and their integrated services, and once you start the process and it becomes part of your weekly routine, this relationship can very easily become a close partnership and relationship-as you grow in: life, love, work, service, and in your community. Those whom are able to work a programme of wellness & recovery, with Pegasus staff- are ‘right where we need to be’ following their guidance and direction; suggestions and advice.

Sue and her team at Pegasus Solutions Ltd helped facilitate the many facets of re-integration into abstinent based recovery! Highlighting the awareness and personal understanding of the disease of addiction and its impact on the family. I knew I was in good caring, structured, knowledgeable direction. Not having much experience discerning my way through life in recovery I knew the personal experience from every individual at Pegasus recovery Ltd is leveraged to my advantage for long term success and happiness!
