They are all so kind and knowledgeable! I went to pick up a spool of filament and ended up staying and chatting with them for a solid chunk of time. They showed me all their printers. It was honestly a really good time! I will now be purchasing my filament through them! They provided me with excellent service and also taught me a good chunk about different types of printers! I most definitely would recommend this store to anyone, from beginner to professional!

This specialty shop for all things 3-D printing is absolutely amazing! Our daughter bought a printer there in May of 2021 and Corey and Cliff have been exceptional! Whenever she has needed guidance or support they gave done backflips to assist her. When we visit for supplies they recognize us and address us by name like old friends. If you are thinking of getting into 3-D printing Envirolaser3D is the place to go.

I have dealt with numerous companies over the last 55 years and it seems service and courtesy are a thing of the past for the most part. I have found Envirolazer to be the exception!! Corey and Cliff bend over backwards to advise, dispense service, and to just be friendly to everyone. Their filament is competitive and stock is great. Being a new 3D participant this year they have been fantastic. 10 stars all the way.

These are great folks and really emphasize their customer service!Just discovered Envirolaser after getting a 3D printer for Christmas. I was looking around for a local filament supplier and found them through a google search. I dropped by the office on a weekday and found that they had a great selection of filaments and their prices were very competitive (better than Amazon and Wish in many cases). In addition the staff was very welcoming and quick to offer tips and guidance to this newbie.I have returned a couple of times to expand my filament library and on my last visit, on a Saturday morning, I discovered that on Saturdays the office takes on the air of a clubhouse with folks dropping by to chat, ask questions and exchange ideas and solutions to printing problems. This is a great atmosphere and one I certainly appreciate.I am contemplating the purchase of a second printer and with the way they support their customers these folks are are going to be my vendor of choice!

Went in shortly before Christmas to buy a printer. They took the time to show me how to set it up, the common issues people have, and offered tech support - even through the holidays if I had any issues. Great customer service! Didn't need the help, as they had set me up for success before leaving the store. Should also say the pricing of printers and filament is competitive with Amazon.

The guys were very helpful and friendly when I popped in one Saturday afternoon. Their knowledge and selection of filaments was very helpful to me as a novice at 3D printing. They have a good sense of humour too. They helped with getting my printer set up through good advice. Picked up a few of their EL3D filaments (PLA+, transparent, HPLA) and they've been great. The transparent stuff seems a little more brittle after printing, but that may be due my printer settings.I recently emailed about some printer parts 10:30 at night expecting an answer sometime in the afternoon the following day. I received a reply about 10 minutes later. I placed an online order and had it delivered to my work the next day. You won't be disappointed.

Corey was tremendously helpful in sourcing replacement/upgrade parts and getting me technical support for my machine (one I didn’t even buy from him) and because of that I highly recommend Envirolaser3D! I’ve already ordered and I’ll be ordering more. I received top notch service the whole way. Thanks Corey!

Been using these guys since the eighties! First for laser printing supplies, the printer service, then purchasing new printers. More recently we have begun purchasing office supplies and now they are helping us enter the world of 3d printing. Always helpful and professional. Competitive pricing, prompt reliable delivery to Toronto Almost 40 years and never an issue they weren't able to accommodate. I highly recommend Envirolaser.

The Service here is the best I've seen in a very long time. Being in the service industry as a buyer for a long time I've found that Envirolaser's people skills and service to be of the highest quality. There products are supported whether warranty or not they support and help customers to the highest degree. I would recommend this company to all, you could not ask for better product and service.
